1. Open a new image : 300 x 550 pixels - blue background.
2. Go to 'path drawing tool' :
and select the ellipse shape :

3. In the Easy Palette tool, select (by clicking twice on the image) : Material Gallery, Glass and Pink :
4. Draw an ellipse - this is what you should get :
5. Now go to "Light" :
and modify the light on your image till you got something similar to this :
