Former Director of Humble Bands, Mr. Blacksher went to Stephen F. Austin University and directed band in Diboll, San Augustine, New Caney, and Cleveland before coming to Humble in 1982.  His bands won numerous 1st divisions in marching, concert, and sight reading.
