Stung

You stung me,
you denied me
of your love,
I bit my lip,
And closed my eyes,
and with fingers crossed,
I recived your rejection.
Did you see my pain,
through the absence,
of your guilt?
But how can I blame you,
when I pretended to be fine?
I lied through my silence,
and through the flip of my hair,
with a glance, as I walked away.
But maybe now you'll
see what your missing,
And I can sting you.
