Took 2 days off (Thu & Fri <19th/20th Apr> ) and went to YellowStone National Park.
Just before another beta release (company software i'm involved) which will be the
end of May. Whole trip took us 3 and a half days. Went with one of my co-workers (KK).
We drove by and visited many places ... including:
- Watertoon (Alberta)
- Choteau (Montana)
- Great Falls (Montana)
- Bozeman (Montana)
- YellowStone National Park (Wyoming)
- Helena (Montana)
- Butte (Montana)
- Lethbridge (Alberta)
The whole trip was fun and excited. It was snowing and raining and ... well,
I think we experienced all 4 seasons within those 4 days. I had a good time and
feel relax too. I hope KK feels the same.
There is only one incident that i think worth mention here...
When we drove to west gate of YS National Park, it was snowing heavily that I can
hardly see the road, so we have to turn back and stay at a smaller town close by.
While turned back, because it was very late already, I was driving fast and didn't
see there were 3 (huge) deers on the side of the road. Luckily they were not
standing on the road or else I would have killed one of them and we might get hurt
(car might even roll over). That's the only time I felt scared.
Other than taking lots of pictures (10 rolls), we talked a lot while driving,
so laugh a lot and "er xin" each other (meaning making fun of each other)
a lot too :-p
But we eat less (only one meal per day) cause we spent a lot
of time on the highway and all we had were snacks and juices/water. I have no
problem with that and neither KK. So, overall, it was a fun trip!
When you have time, pls write to me lor ...
