I've spent some time in looking for my small place. And have found a couple that I like then Kui found another VERY CHEAP one just last Sunday and I went to see and made an offer the next day but didn't get it. Someone else got it at a higher price. The very next day, another one in the same complex (this is a townhouse) came out with even a lower price so I made an offer again and this time I got it.

I made the offer yesterday night and got it this morning. Now I have to wait for the bank to approve my loan then a lawyer to do the remainding procedures before I can really own it. So still have to wait for a couple more weeks before I know its for sure mine :)

Yah, first time home buyer ... not sure what I'll do with it yet :p maybe stay there myself or do something with it. Will let you know in my next news.
