The institute carries out its activities in cooperation with the European Union through a financial and technical assistance project. The contribution of the European Union includes the provision of experienced teachers , specialized field experts and technical equipment to develop teaching and training capabilities and activities to a high international standard. The EU team will also contribute to preparing and monitoring the academic curricula, running degree and non-degree executive programs and developing the academic and administrative staff in order that HIBA becomes an international center of excellence in management training.
