This layout is awesomely cute + cool! ...But the image is not technically mine. Sarcastic59 made the image as a wallpaper for AnimeWallpapers.com. I basically edited and adapted it into a popup layout. I'm so lazy. But what a cool layout! If AnimeWallpapers.com wants to tell me not to use this image or something, I'm fine with it, since I didn't ask permission first. Heh heh.
Suggestions for people more experienced with HTML:
If you know how to make an image map, you could do one of the 8 lil' squares to the right. Just use the ALT tag and put a caption of what each square links to, that way you don't have to edit the image! If you do this, make sure you tell your visitors how to navigate your site, tho'. Or if you'd rather, I put an area for site navigation in burni-bot.html. If you do it correctly, you may be able to fit 6-8 links!
