The Setting:
"Where on Earth am I now?" Ryoga looked through the tropical rainforest. This certainly didn't look anything like the area around the cursed springs. Ryoga looked about his strange surrounding and was convinced he was perhaps back in Ryugenzawa.
"Oh....that's the last place I want to be. I don't even want to think of that Shinosuke guy. Bad enough Akane is with Ranma, but the way she was with him..." Ryoga's heart sank another few notches.
The strange growling noise nearby snapped Ryoga back to attention. No matter where he was, there were certainly unknown dangers to be found.
Ryoga carefully moved forward through the thickfoliage, keeping a watchful eye for any hidden dangers. He reached instinctively for his umbrella, and pulled it from the top his pack.
"Come out and show yourself!" Ryoga called out.
There was a change in the growling sound. It seemed to change into a form of language. Ryoga couldn't make out what words were said, but he knew he had gotten its attention.
"Not another one!" Blanka growled out loud. "Why can't you leave me alone!!"
"Show yourself!" Ryoga cried out again, not understanding any of the sounds from the beast.
Ryoga gulped as the great green-furred beast came out from its cover. It was huge, but hunched over. It had a human like appearance, but a bestial face (like a demon Ryoga thought). The creatures green fur was highlighted with bits of red, making it appear more menacing than before.
"Don't panic, Ryoga" Ryoga thought to himself. "Remember the Orochi? The Phoenix? This thing isn't as tough as those... right?" Ryoga aimed his umbrella at the creature.
"You want to fight me?" Ryoga wanted to sound threatening, but fear was in his voice. "You'll find Ryoga Hibiki is no easy target."
"I hate them all." Blanka grunted partially to himself. He prepared to fight this new challenger, like all new challengers.
"He thinks I am a beast, but I am smarter than that. He will regret challenging me here." Blanka thought to himself as he snarled, rage building in his cursed form.

Well, let's face it. All blanka has is his electrocharge Attack and his cannon roll. Ryouga has his Bakusai Tenketsu and his Shishi Hokoudan. Ryouga will want to keep his distance in this fight because Blanka could bite the crud out of him if he got close enough. But I think the deciding factor will be Ryouga's massive strength, because he could thow a really huge boulder at him and I don't think that even Blanka could withstand that.

Ok lets take a look here, both have had rough childhoods, both are very easy to make mad/depressed, and both are very strong when they are in this mood. bo have uniqe ki attaks, and both have been on something of a training journey all there lives, but blanka will win, 'cause he's a REAL survivor.
While Ryouga has traveled all over the world since junior high, Blanka is practicaly the SOLE survivor of a plane crash in the amazon at the tender age of five. Since that incedent this five year old boy not only survived the wreck, he went in to the amazon, and not only over came every predator there, he himself became the most dominant predator! the life time of hardship/training/and just plain surviving!(wich I might add has been going on since before ryoga was born!) have turned this small lad, into a fighting ANIMAL in adulthood! Ryouga DOSE have some advantages though. He' might be physically stronger of the two, and his Breaking point tecnique could prove both surprising to, and efective against Blanka. as for his Shi shi hodukodan? Ryouga seems a little to scared and nervous to be thinking about beign depressed right now, so it probably won't work very efectivley, unless Ryouga gets beaten bad enough to the point were he thinks he's gonna die, in which case he could get depressed enough to pull of the perfect Version of it. THAT is the ONLY way I think that he COULD win, course,if blanka survives, that lost boy is screwed!

Claws and bioelectricity are good, but Ryouga has the Advantage of missile weapons, a chi-projection attack, a distraction/escape technique (the bakusai tenketsu) and a solid - and non-conductive - umbrella.

This was tough especially since Blanka is my favorite character from the original Street Fighter2. But the Lost Boy is just tougher. Blanka's probably faster, and will probably catch Ryouga off guard with his rolling and electricity attacks, but once Ryouga knows there coming it'll be a simple matter of wearing Blanka down. Blanka has longer reach, but Ryouga has the range advantage because of his numerous weapons. He takes this fight in the long run.

Ryouga has never fought anyone like Blanka before in his life...The Nerima gang may have pretty wacky styles, but it's all essentially based on martial arts like karate and kung fu and stuff like that. Blanka, on the other hand, has faced fighters from all over the world using every conceivable style there is, and he's seen stuff similar to everything Ryouga can use (His Bakusai Tenketsu, incredible strength and stamina, and even a perfect shishi houkoudan). The lost boy has never met an opponent who can electrucute him, and all his endurance won't do him a bit of good Against that. Ryouga is just outclassed.
The Fight:
Ryoga took a small tentative step backwards from the beast. He had no idea what to expect from this creature and one mistake could be lethal. He had no time to think as the horrible creature suddenly leapt from its feet high into the air (higher than Ryoga though it could leap). While in the air, it became a whirling wheel of raw savagery that shot straight into Ryoga's chest before he knew what had happened.
Ryoga flew backwards into a rock, cracking it almost in half. There were cuts and slashes in his shirt and along his pants. Then Blanka was on him again, striking and kicking. The hits were fierce, but Ryoga had gotten worse.
"You're fast!" Ryoga said more to himself than for Blanka's sake. He managed to get a knee up into the beast's stomach, sending it back a few steps. That was all the room Ryoga needed. While Blanka prepared a new assault, Ryoga did a powerful spinning kick, connecting his boot with the monster's head. This threw Blanka back quite a distance, but his rage was such that he went straight into another roll. He zipped at Ryoga like a big green racecar wheel, but Ryoga was prepared for it this time and he was able to leap out of the way, letting Blanka smash into the rock.
"Now the fight really starts!" Ryoga had gained some confidence. He knew that distance would be the best strategy for this creature. As it got to its feet, shaking its bruised head, Ryoga hurled his umbrella at the monster like a spear. As soon as the umbrella left Ryoga's hand, he grabbed at his additional headbands and hurled them at the places he predicted the creature would dodge to. Blanka complied by leaping away from the umbrella, where he was hit by two of the flying bandannas.
"I'll kill you!" Blanka snarled, but it was still meaningless noise to Ryoga's ears. Blanka flipped up to Ryoga's level, and his feet sprang out of the sommersault, sending Ryoga to the ground fast. Ryoga took the fall in stride and waited to see where his opponent would land. Blanka hit the ground perfectly, but his back was to Ryoga. He turned with animal speed to see Ryoga was charging toward him, hand raised.
"Yes.now I have you." Blanka mused to himself as he began to charge up his body. The electricity was quickly building all over Blanka's form, ready to send powerful volts to this little upstart the second that fist was to land. Blanka was stunned when there was no punch to be thrown. "Bakusai Tenketsu!!!" Ryoga never noticed the tingling sensation around him as he got closer to Blanka. He had charged as close as he dared to bring the center of the Breaking Point blast to his enemy. Blanka was completely unprepared for this attack and took the full brunt of the flying debris. He was still reeling when Ryoga came charging out of the smoke to land a second finger near where Blanka stood. A second wave pelted Blanka with more bit and pieces. Blanka was thrown completely off his feet, hurtling him much further away than Ryoga expected.
"You made a mistake to tangle with me!" Ryoga shouted. He was ready for anything now. Blanka lost his sense to animal rage and powered up another rolling strike at Ryoga. It moved with unmatched speed, eating the ground it passed through, making a straight line for Ryoga. It wasn't fast enough. Ryoga saw it coming and had enough time to leap over the ball of rage. He landed almost exactly where he leaped from, and let loose with another Breaking Point strike. Even though Blanka was rolling away from the center of the blast, the burst still clipped him and sent his rolling out of control. Blanka was actually sped up by the blast and smashed into a tree, breaking it on contact.
"You still want to fight??" Ryoga said, watching Blanka trying to rise from the ruins of splintered wood. Ryoga grabbed for his umbrella and charged in. Blanka was able to get to his feet long enough to have the umbrella hit him square in the head, sending him straight out of consciousness.
"Whew! That was tough, but it certainly was great training!" Ryoga patted himself on the shoulder as he continued through the Brazilian Rain Forest. There was a new spring in Ryoga's step and he knew he would get to Jusenkyo anytime soon. "Soon, I will be able to do the same thing to Ranma! JUST YOU WAIT SAOTOME!!" Ryoga's thoughts were shattered when the Tropical Rain forest lived up to its name. The pouring rain thundered down in a merciless torrent. A small black piglet began to weep at its misfortune. As P-Chan finally accepted its fate, it continued slowly on its way. It did not notice the two lumbermen who were taking shelter from the storm.
"Damn, man!" One of the workers complained. "We almost had the whole load done. I thought this storm would hit tomorrow!"
"Well.there's nothing we can do about it now. This storm is going to go for at least 9 days straight."
