Street Fighter vs. Ranma 1/2

The Setting:

Shampoo didn't know why she had come out to the woods. She knew Ranma had been training out here, but she had no real idea where he had gone. Shampoo fooled heself into thinking that her love alone would guide her to Ranma's location. She stopped for a rest by a stream and carefully filled her canteen with water. After drinking some of the refreshing water, she reached into a pouch that was also hanging off of her belt and pulled out a golden key. The key was ornate and has a ruby shamed like a heart in handle. The ruby had a halo of gold lace and at one end of the lace, the rest of the key formed.

Shampoo didn't like to steal from Cologne, but how could she rsist this little charm. It's very name "The Heart's Key" sounded promising. She new it had power, but she didn't dare ask Cologne about it (since that would make it pretty obvious that she planned to take it. As she looked at it, she suddenly felt like Ranma was near by.

"Ranma?" She cried out, expecting a reply.

"Where did you get that?" A woman's voice suddenlycalled out. The voice sounded more frightened than angry.

Shampoo turned to where the voice came from.

"Who out there? What you want?" Shampoo cried out.    There was a blur of white and suddenly there was some sort of beast woman standing in front of the amazon.

"You have The Heart's Key! Why is it in the hands of a mortal? Do you have any idea what that is?" The woman said, her cat-like tail swaying back and forth in concern.

"Shampoo have no idea what you talking!" Shampoo lied.

"You don't..." The cat-woman stuttered. "You must give it to me then. You're in great danger!" She reached out her immense clawed hand.

"Shampoo no give you key. Shampoo use it on Ranma!"

The cat-woman looked angry. "So you do know about it. I will not let you unleash the key's power! I am sorry it has to come to this, but prepare to fight!"

"Shampoo not one to underestimate!" Shampoo took her stance against the creature.

It was touh to choose, but I think Shampoo's gonna be the victor here. It's gonna be close, but she'll pull ahead. Animal instincts versus years of martial arts training? I'm pretty sure Felecia's speed won't giveher a huge edge, because Shampoo's pretty fast too, and quite strong as well. She's also fighting for Ranma here, and will be very determined to win, which makes a more deadly foe.

Felicia has a quickness advantage, also since they are near a stream the possibility that she could fall in and turn into her cursed form in which Felicia would have an extreme advantage then. She would possibly be able to control Shampoo in her cursed form.

Saruman the White

The two fighters will both want to close quickly, but then their styles differ.  Shampoo will want to hit Felicia quickly, as a few hits from Shampoo should send Felicia to the proverbial canvas.  Felicia will want to use hit-and-run tactics on Shampoo, using her agility to avoid Shampoo's attacks.  I believe Felicia's speed and misdirection ability should allow her to wear down Shampoo. Also, as stated above, Shampoo is not durable, so if Felicia can connect with one of her flurry attacks, that could finish Shampoo off.  All in all, however, it should be a good match.

Kayin Reisei

I'd say this is another close fight.  Both girls have experience in fighting, but Felicia has more experience when it comes to harder opponents, like Morrigan or any of the other darkstalkers.  The only people Shampoo usually would fight would be any of the Ranma ½ cast, but probably only Ryouga or Ranma himself would give her a lot of challenge, and she probably wouldn't have any reason to fight those two anyway.  But, she has been training for fighting most of her life, so I have to give her credit for that. When it comes to speed and agility, I think Felicia has the advantage, although I think Shampoo is more powerful strength-wise. Overall, I think Felicia would win with superior speed, agility, and special/super moves.

The Fight:

Shampoo charged the cat-girl right away. She brought forth her bonbouri with frightening speed, but Felicia's greatest gift was her cat-like reflexes. Felicia wasn't ready to fight, but she was aware fighting could start and was able to dodge the blows with remarkable ease. Shampoo was a little startled at just how good her opponent was... she was clearly as fast as Ranma when he was in his girl form... maybe faster.

"Stand still!" Shampoo cursed out loud. She didn't mean to say it, but her frustration forced it out. Felicia simply smirked and leaped over Shampoo's head. Using Shampoo's shoulder's as a vault, she drew first blood with her claws. However, Felicia landed a little too close to Shampoo's back and was not prepared for how quickly Shampoo was able to bring one of her weapons to bear. The metal ball hit Felicia square in the back and she yelped as she tumbled over and over, stopped by the stream.

Shampoo wasn't cut that badly, but she did feel the sting in her shoulders. She was wary of the stream and stayed ready for anything. Sadly, anything did not include this spinning ball of fur that came charging out of the stream. Felicia's Rolling Buckler brought her screaming between Shampoo's bonbouri and she was able to land a rising punch on Shampoo's chin. Shampoo was hurled back toward the trees, her weapons flying in either direction.

"Give me the key!" Felicia said, more annoyed than angry. She dived at her fallen foe, but Shampoo was far from out, even if she was down. Rolling to one side, Shampoo saw the ground take the fierce punishment that was meant for her. As Shampoo got to her feet, she was greeted with a cloud of dirt that disoriented her terribly.

"What this?" Shampoo knew an attack was coming and she used her arms instinctively to block off a powerful kick that was aimed at her. Still, the kick sent Shampoo out of the cloud of dirt and rolling toward the stream. Knowing her danger, Shampoo grabbed the ground and yanked herself to a stop. Felicia was bounding toward her. With a lurch, Shampoo dodged Felicia's charge and got to one of her fallen weapons. Felicia almost charged into the stream again, but she was able to turn herself with more control than she thought she was capable of.

"Shampoo no let you win!" Shampoo waived her weapon in Felicia's direction.

"You fool! I am trying to save you from that thing!" Felicia muttered.

Felicia moved in again and decided to try a new trick. She leapt into the air towards her opponent and then let loose with the Delta Kick. The strike was blocked by Shampoo, and the whole arc of the strike was thrown off, but Felicia was able to kick the bonbouri out of Shampoo's hands. Shampoo turned in an uncontrolled motion to capture her dislodged weapon and knew it was a mistake. She tried to stop the movement she started, but found herself already grappled by her enemy. The grapple turned into a dizzying roll and Shampoo was completely disoriented. The roll ended for Shampoo suddenly and she was hurtling through the air. She let out a yelp of surprise that was cut short when she hit a tree. She hit the ground moments later with far less grace.

"I hope that's it." Felicia said, but saw it wasn't as Shampoo once again rose to her feet. She seemed to have an aura about her. Shampoo may not have given Felicia the kiss of death, but that wasn't going to hold her back for the rest of this fight. Shampoo charged with a torrent of kicks, punches and flips. Felicia did her best to dodge, but she was not expecting Shampoo's driving rage. Felicia tumbled back, battered and bruised from the fierce strikes Shampoo had actually landed.

"This one needs to cool down!" Felicia mused to herself, worn out from this fight. She kicked the ground to send up another cloud of dirt. Shampoo lost her target and worked her way through the distraction as Felicia scuttled up into the tree.

As Shampoo's eyes cleared, she did not see where Felicia was. "Where you hiding?" Shampoo yelled out. "Shampoo finish this!" Shampoo heard the attack coming as Felicia launched from the trees.

Felicia was going to try the Delta Kick again, now that Shampoo was weaponless. Shampoo recognized the attack and blocked it with the best of her ability. Stopping the force of the main strike, Shampoo was wide open for the final spin kick. The kick knocked the wind out of her and sent her to the ground, but it had little effect otherwise. Felicia pressed the attack and kicked at her fallen prey. Shampoo grabbed her leg and brought Felicia to the ground. Felicia sprang, bringing her other foot across Shampoo's jaw. Shampoo spun on the ground and brought her kick into Felicia's hit.

"Ow-ow-ow!" Felicia really felt that one. She couldn't believe how much fight this one had in her (for a regular human!) She hobbled back up to her feet, giving Shampoo to also get to her feet. Felicia was a litte faster and took advantage of the factor. She jumped right into Shampoo and rolled her up into another spin. This time though, she didn't let go and brought the two fo them into the stream.

"What the?" Felicia couldn't understand how her opponet got loose. She was holding the girl in her hands and her clawed feet, but now... nothing. Felica got out of the stream quickly and looked about. It was a moment or two before she saw the cat drag itself onto dry ground.

"How cute!" Felicia was instantly distracted from the fight... until her supernatural senses told her exactly what this cat was. "You transform into a cat? What a wonderful gift you have been given. I can't hold any kind of grudge against someone so special." Felicia walked toward Shampoo, who was now bristeling with all the cat-rage she could. "I certainly have to save you from this." She went over to Shampoo's things and grabbed the golden key. Shampoo tried to charge despite her transformation, but there was no real hope. Felicia saw the cat rushing up and simply used her special command over cats to control Shampoo's mind. In her cat-form, Shampoo was helpless to do anything but follow Felicia's commands.

"Precious little girl, please go and take care of yourself. I am sorry you are angry at me, but this key will be your doom. I hope we meet again under different circumstances." Shampoo simply meowed pleasently and walked back to her things, purring as happy as a cat could be.

Felicia was glad the fight was over and quickly left the area with the Key. She wanted to be rid of it as soon as possible, herself. Alot of people would want it and she didn't want to get into another fight right now.

The night became calm again, with the burble of the stream drowning out all other sounds.
