Patti & Duncan ~ |
| Ebony and
Ivory, affectionately known as "Duncan", is a West Highland Terrier. Duncan was born in
October of 1987. He is a member of Therapy Dogs Incorporated. His mom is Patti
Dahle.
Patti began doing Pet Assisted Therapy in 1992 with her Great Pyrenees, "Rikki",
now an angel dog. It was Rikki's even temperament that gave Patti the idea to investigate
Pet Therapy. Duncan only recently began his therapy career. He had to learn to
"channel his energy" to say the least! He spends much of his day
patrolling the
backyard for gophers, or guarding the house from the front window sill. Duncan is quite
the world traveler, visiting Mt Rushmore, Yellowstone, and Canada with his family. |
