We all know Bulma for her beauty, intelligence and huge temper that can even match Vegeta's. It all started when this woman, still a little girl found a Dragonball lying around in the attic. She decides to go search for the remaining six, which leads her to a remote valley and a small boy who hasn't got a clue about the phenomena 'woman'. After Goku finds out she's a girl he remembered how he was told to be polite to these strange creatures and invites her to his home. There Bulma discovers the strange boy owns the four star Dragonball (which he thinks is his grandpa) and tells him all about the dragon and the wish so eventually Goku tags along on the search.
And so the series goes on, Bulma continues to help the now larger Z-gang to find the Dragonballs in order to save the world. She is the inventor of some extremely useful machines, for example the Gravity room and Dragon radar. So basically, DBZ would be nothing without this girl who started it all and allowed them to actually find the Dragonballs.
Over time Bulma and Vegeta start falling for each other which develops in the making of Trunks and a little later, Bra (Bura) Bulma continues to live her life, saving the world, taking care of her family and running her top-dollar business all at once and doing a hell of a job!
