| Keith Krach's fold up camping chair is
was given to me for this project. To contrast the rugged outdoors,
I turned the chair into a more delicate piece. At closer inspection,
though, the pink shag is really composed of pink grocery bags, the ones you
would get when shopping in Chinatown. This is an environmental piece.
I want to connect the great outdoors with recycling and conservation.
Much thanks to my mom who shops the asian markets and help shred the plastic
bags. |
