Chad has been always suggesting that I paint a piece about him even though he knows that my works are usually disturbing and unbeautiful.  I am always teasing him of being a hypochondriac. Of all the deadly diseases out there, he will fall victim to the one in his mind.  This piece deals with finding a place within us to escape all the diseases of the world.  Life would be so much simpler if we are just ignorant.
