It features revolving wheels and axles, articulated pilot and trailing trucks, packaged in its own tuscan red presentation case with brass clasp, and can be used as a Christmas ornament or fits perfectly on N-gauge track. This particular item was manufactured in limited quantities, never catalogued in any of Hallmark's catalogued offerings, and those in the know will tell you that just like some of the more rare Lionel uncatalogued items, it is bound to appreciate in value over time.
