1946 Pennsylvania Railroad Calendar Original -- "One Hundred Years"  (RI)
This is an original 1946 PRR wall calendar featuring a reproduction of a Frank Reilly painting titled "One Hundred Years" and measuring approx. 29" x 28 5/8" and in excellent overall condition scoring a 8+ on a scale of 1 - 10. This calendar has survived 62+ years thus far! It has only one well preserved calendar pad sheet (MAR - APR - MAY, 1946), and a professionally reproduced copy of  the original broadside (not shown in photo). The artwork print area is in nearly perfect condition with no noticeably perceptible imperfections. The tuscan red border is virtually intact with virtually no perceptible imperfections. The gold border has some edge creasing in the right margin and a professionally repaired void in upper right corner. All of these imperfections are considered minor and will be barely perceptible, especially after professional framing and hanging over your mantle or on a wall in your den or train room. This particular calendar is in very high demand and hard to find in this condition!
