This Apartment was completed in July 06, and is situated on the top floor of a 3 only Apartment Block, its front balcony has breathtaking views of the ocean and Town of Albufeira, it has patio doors leading to the balcony from both the bedroom and Living Room. The kitchen is stylishly fitted out, with everything you would expect to find installed in your home ( automatic washer included). It also has a rear balcony leading from the kitchen.

 It has satellite TV, BBC, ITV etc., via sky satellite box! CD / Raido player, DVD player,

 Optional; air conditioning available as optional extra, in Living Room and Bedroom.

 Situated a few minutes and approx 400m from beach and old Town square of Albufeira.
