Upon moving into the city of Belegnore, there are a few things you must know about the structure and rules.

Upon arriving, each human must register a legal name, finger prints, etc., for legal purposes. You can bring any items you wish, except for guns. Guns are only allowed by the govornment.

Upon arriving, each person who is the age of 18 or older will randomly be given his/her own apartment in whichever zone they wish. Accomodations for families / friends can be made for up to 4 people in a single apartment. However, each person is also required to do a single job.

The city of Belegnore will be better off if each person upon arrival informs officials of their skill or trade so we can place them in the most necessary position to help society. We are looking for translators, teachers, doctors, police officials, fire fighters, entertainers amongst other things. Every bit of help will be appreciated.

The city has been cut into seven different zones for seven major cultures from the world. The zones include:

1) American / Canadian zone
2) European zone
3) South American zone
4) Russian zone
5) African zone
6) Chinese zone
7) Asian zone

A neutral zone is also located in the southern portion of the city which includes a few things every zone will share, a main registry center, an airport, prison, harbor and hospital.

All children under the age of 18 years of age will be placed until a Children's Center in each location. They will be raised there until they either reach the age of 18 years or they are adopted by an adult. There is a culture center in each zone which will hold schooling for each section as well as general information about each zone. Information about each culture's lore and history are also available there as well as basic records.

Citizens will NOT be granted a motor vehicle for use. Citizens can get from place to place by either walking, riding a bike or catching the bus. Transportation for handicapped citizens is available upon request. It works like a taxi, they aren't given their own car.

Guns are strictly prohibited by anyone in the city except for law enforcers. Law encorcers are also not allowed to carry a firearm on them except when they are on duty. Anyone found with a gun on them will suffer a hefty penalty of up to 5 years in prison.

Laws will remain, to an extent, similar to that of the laws in the United States, however each zone will regulate it's own laws. But for the most part, the are similar to that of the United States being that Hawaii is technically a part of the U.S.A., although this is a slightly unusual case.

Estimated City Population: 68,000
