- Voting in General Meetings of the Society may be by proxy representation of a member school: Proxy forms must be signed by both the schools Representative and the Administrator of the Member School, and assigned only to a designated representative of a member school in good standing with the association. The individual attending the meeting and the Administrator of the Member School receiving the proxy must also sign the proxy form.
