The 520 History
You can say it all started in just the most usual way of course. Just a bunch a crazy guys who have been friends for so long! They would say that they were friends so long it started in past lives. From Heaven to Hell where they've been just makes it all worth while.
They weren't always 520. They were Punk 24/7, The Resurrection, then The
Adamantium. You can say they changed genres quite a few times until they
really found their true passion in music. It all started with one single
band and that was Green Day. It was the first band that they have gotten
their encouragement in music. Then there was Metallica and other
punk/heavy metal bands.
Members of the band was more astounding of course. Joe and Chris have always stuck together in the ever changing motion of 520. Joe always remained on guitar and Chris changed instruments. Chris was bassist for Punk 24/7, a band that never came to be, then he learned guitar for The Resurrection, in which also never really came to be. Of course you know what he ended up to be. Chris finally took a break from the strings and went into percussion for The Adamantium, the first existing band of Joe and Chris. The Adamantium was a cover band for Metallica and that wasn't what Joe and Chris wanted to do. Thus 520 was born but not yet complete.
520 was an incomplete band for a very long time. Joe and Chris Recruited Jacob Longstaff who was the second guitarist for the band. They had already begun writing songs and playing them but, there was still no bassist. Mark had been the original idea for bass but he never showed up for practice then he was soon released.
