Icy, slippery rocks January 7, 1981 -- Day 271 Along the Taum Salk Trail, I slipped and fell into the stream on a morning when the temperature was below 32 degrees.....brrrrr to say the least. The worst part of the evening was leaving that crowded, warm tent and settling in for the night in a sleeping bag.
