ICQ Skins
You need ICQ and ICQ Plus for these skins. If you don't have these or don't know what they are, ICQ is a program much like AOL, MSN, or Yahoo! Messengers. It lets you have your friends on a contact list so that you can see when they come online (and they can see when you come online) and you can send instant messages to each other among other special features. ICQ Plus is something else that allows you to add skins to your ICQ. Skins make your ICQ more attractive with pictures, colors, etc.
