Daily Practice

  Practice for Advanced group begins with a 15 minute easy warm up run, stretching of all major muscle groups, and then running drills.  Once warmed up we complete a challenging workout which varies day to day.  One day we may go on a long run of 5-8 miles and on another day we may run 200s on the track or hill repeats on a nearby hill..

Beginners start with a 5 minute warm up run, stretching, then running drills. After warmed up we play high energy running games all over Bush Park.  Participants in beginner group run about 2-3 miles by the end of practice.

Our goal is to make the running experience a rewarding and enjoyable time for young participants.
