Seeking Donations. to Hire an Attorney.....

Afro-American Inmate is not crying that he's innocent, and is not seeking sympathy. He is, however, seeking financial assistance. After being incarcerated for twenty-five years, and a victim of an illegal sentence of death applied in violation of the U.S. Constitution where expost facts impostition of it imposed.

With a reading comprehension of a 6th grader at the time he was influenced to plead guilty and accept an indeterminate sentence that exceeded the statutory determinate sentencing statue in effect at that time, by his attorney.

The court also erred in its admonishment to give an extended term, when it legally was barred because it was the inamtes first offenseand he had no prior convictions.

Inmate is seeking donations from $1.00 to $50.00 to hire attorney that will file a writ of "Habeas Corpus". By all legal standards, inmate should have been released four years ago, but he was not aware of this dilemma until last month.  Everyone should realize and fight the two tiered system of Justice.
