Family: Head Priestess- Hoshi, was the one that found her, named her, and treated Miyako like her daughter. She's very kind and very strong willed.

Appearance: Miyako stands at 5'6" and weights around 117 lbs. She has dark navy blue hair that hangs past her bottom and brown eyes. She usually keeps her hair in a ponytail or in a large loose blade.
Clothing Description: When she lived at the Shrine she usually wore a kimono, but now that she's at the Academy she wears her uniform or a pair or jeans and a red shirt.
Personality: Miyako is a very loving person. She helps when ever a friend or even some one she doesn't know is in trouble. She's trusting, respectful and loyal. When it comes to anger she mostly suppresses it, but when it gets to be too much she often runs to someone she can trust for comfort. She's strong willed and doesn't like to keep a project unfinished.
History: Miyako was found wandering through a forest not too far from a all female shrine deep in Japan. She was three at the time. When the High Priestess, Hoshi, found her she took her in and raised her as her own. The Police looked for where the child could have come from, but only found a car that looked to be in a accident and a woman who had died from the wreck. Miyako was only left with a locket that had her name and her birthday on it. When she turned the age of six a very ill kendo and aikido instructor came to the shrine seeking help. The priestesses of course did so and when he was well he promised to teach his skills to Miyako. After many years of learning discipline and combat, Miyako became very skilled in the arts. When she turned 15 the High Priestess started to notice the eyes that Miyako's teacher (13 years older then Miyako) was starting to have for his student. In a rush of panic, Hoshi had Miyako apply for Heion Kisetsu so that he would not be able to take advantage of the still young woman. The Priestess told her that she wanted her to have some kind of normal life before she grew up and that she would have it at the Academy. Miyako still thought very highly of her instructor, but even as she left for the school she was ignorant of the feelings of her Mentor.
