If you like McDonald's or Kentucky Fried Chicken biscuits, this recipe will please you !

1 ½ c. Bisquick
4 tsp. sugar (or 1 packet sweetener)
1/3 c. sour cream
1/3 c. club Soda

In 2 qt. mixing bowl, using wire whisk, combine all but the Bisquick until you have a smooth mixture. Add Bisquick, switching to a big spoon to work it in. Dip your kneading hand into just enough additional Bisquick that you can knead dough right in the bowl until smooth and elastic. Knead about 12 times in bowl. Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces and shape into patties about 1" thick. Arrange in 9" round layer cake pan sprayed with a non-stick cooking spray. Place one biscuit in the center and 5 patties around it. Wipe top of each with a dab of soft margarine. Bake at 450º F for 16 - 18 mins. or until golden brown.

OVERNITE BUNS

1 pkg. Dry yeast
 ½ c. Lukewarm water
1 tsp. Sugar
Dissolve the sugar in the water and sprinkle on the yeast. Set aside for 10 mins.

2 c. Lukewarm water
1 c. Cooking oil
1 c. Sugar
2 Eggs
2 tsp. Salt
9 c. Flour approx.

Beat the eggs, add the water and oil, sugar, yeast mixture and salt. Add the flour, 1 c. at a time, using hand mixer, until about 4 c. have been added. Mix in the rest of the flour, still 1 c. at a time using a wooden spoon or your hands, until smooth dough has formed. Set this dough around 4 p.m. and let rise until 10 p.m. Shape into buns about 1 ½" in diamater. Place on greased pans and let rise overnight. Early in the morning, bake at 375° for 20 mins. Remove from oven and brush with butter. I usually double this recipe.... cause if I am going to all this trouble....don't want to do it too often.. and  I don't bother brushing them with butter...they are delicious and freeze beautifully.

Cut wing tips and discard. Cut wings in 2 pieces at joint and place in large bowl. Mix ingredients in another bowl and pour over wings to coat them.  Let stand for approximately 4 hours or overnight. Cover cookie sheet with aluminum foil.  Spray cake racks with Pam and put on cookie sheet.  Place wings on cookie sheet and place in a 375° oven for 30 minutes.  Turn wings over and cook another 30 minutes or until done.  Note: I normally make another batch of glaze and coat wings after 20 minutes and cook them until brown.  I do the same when I turn them.
