OVERNITE BUNS
1 pkg. Dry yeast 2 c. Lukewarm water Beat the eggs, add the water and oil, sugar, yeast mixture and salt. Add the flour, 1 c. at a time, using hand mixer, until about 4 c. have been added. Mix in the rest of the flour, still 1 c. at a time using a wooden spoon or your hands, until smooth dough has formed. Set this dough around 4 p.m. and let rise until 10 p.m. Shape into buns about 1 ½" in diamater. Place on greased pans and let rise overnight. Early in the morning, bake at 375° for 20 mins. Remove from oven and brush with butter. I usually double this recipe.... cause if I am going to all this trouble....don't want to do it too often.. and I don't bother brushing them with butter...they are delicious and freeze beautifully.
