General
Rules:
- Hindi Music Emporium is a privately owned website and one man ownership
business
- Do not try to copy any images or pictures for your own collection or what
ever may be.
- Please provide us correct Name, Address and Zip code.
Commerce (Business)
Rules:
- If customer fails to provide us correct name , mailing address or zip code
- it is not our responsibility for lost or delay packages.
- If you find any merchandise is being damaged or not properly hand over,
please immediately notify us. You may either call us at (714) 526-6396
or email us @ hindimusicemporium@yahoo.com
- If customer is failed to notify us with in 24 hours of any kind of damage
to merchandise, Hindi Music Emporium or its staff is not responsible for it!
- Your money will not be refunded, if you are failed to contact us
within 24 hours of hand over.
- It will be customer's responsibility that they return the damaged or wrong
merchandise. We will not process your application until we received
damaged or wrong merchandise.
- Please be brief about the damage to your merchandise.
- If you are not satisfy with our service or product, you may cancel your
order with in 24 hrs. of order time. You must call us or email us @ hindimusicemporium@yahoo.com
. Subject of an email should be "Cancel my order".
- If the shipment is on your way and you wish to cancel, simply just send
the package back, without opening it. If it is open or concluded after
investigation that customer tired to open it, your money will not be
refunded. If you see that the package has been damaged - NOTIFY
US IMMEDIATELY. SEND IT BACK IMMEDIATELY - AND YOU WILL BE
REFUNDED.
- ALL REFUNDS ARE THE ORIGINAL COST OF THE MERCHANDISE. SHIPPING
AND HANDLING IS NOT COVERED.
- We will not replace or refund your money if the damage has been done from
"your" side.
- We can replace your merchandise upon your request and notification of
damage within 24 hrs.
- Notification of the Damage has to be in Black and White with the
merchandise (Use only black ink )
- Please do not forget to sing the notification form. If it is not
singed by the customer (whose name is on the order list or the one who is
paying) - the form will not be taken in consideration and will not be
processed.
- Please do write your Last Name and First Name under your
signature.
- WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECK(S). UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES
CHECK(S) WILL BE ACCEPTED. NO TRAVELERS CHECK(S) OR BANK
CHECK(S).
- If you wish to pay by credit card / ATM - please write your credit card
number in sets of 4. I.E. 1234 5678 9000. IF your card
has last 5 digits on the card please leave them together. I.E. 0123
4567 89000. Expiration date of the card must be provided I.E. 01/05
else there is no process.
- Make sure you do tell us what type of card is it... I.E. M/C
(Master) , Visa, AX (American Express), Dis. (Discover). We do not
accept all types of Credit / ATM cards. These were the just examples
of the different types of the credit / Atm cards.
- Please provide us your day time, evening time phone number and if you have
cell phone, please provide that number too. We may also ask for your
Driving License number (just to record)
- Your credit card , ATM card or Driving License number will not be
given out to others under no circumstances.
- Money orders are welcome!! -
- Please do not send Cash in any kind off envelope or box.
- Print out the Merchandise Form.
