This was taken on our trek in Snowdonia National Park. Notice the grey clouds cutting off the peaks, we were climbing our way into that. I have a bone to pick with the film developing place I go to... they developed this roll in black and white (not what I asked for).

It got really stormy during the course of the day. From left to right this is Simon, Sally, and Hillary. Note: Sally was not smiling twenty minutes earlier when we were all clawing our way up a muddy cliff while the rain was pelting us!

This cascade appeared spontaneously as we were walking by. Gotta love cloudbursts.

You know you are in trouble when the path just abruptly stops at a rock face. I usually just hope one of us read the map wrong, but in this situation we had read the map perfectly well. I had been warned about this bit before we broke camp, but it really wasn't all that bad. When the hail storm struck during this climb I remember muttering to myself "friggin murphy's law". At the top of this thing our group spilt in two; those who felt they could make the summit and those who didn't. Any guesses as to which path I took???

The summit! The wind was blasting so hard I could barely hear people when they were yelling to me, visibility was awful, and it was pretty darn cold. No hail though, just ice crystals floating around in the wind - which in my opinion is worse.

If you think I look dazed and confused in this picture, you are right! I was too fatigued (both mentally and physically) to figure out how to get off this silly little ledge.

This is the whole Snowdonia group, not suprisingly it's raining (might have even been hailing at this point... I don't remember). Regardless it was certainly unpleasant weather and our lunatic leaders were still in shorts!

This is just a shot from my penthouse balcony.

Okay so this was taken at the water polo tournament in Compiegne, France. We took third place out of nine. In this shot I am blue 4 and for some reason which I still don't understand I got ejected after I decked the guy in the white cap. He was in my way and screwing up what would have been a great shot, something needed to be done. I apologize for the gritty photo quality, my good camera wasn't working and I had to buy a disposable one.

I should never play goal, this was a joke. I blocked about half of the shots which got thrown at me which is nothing to be proud of. We lost this game.

This is Dora, myself, and Cat after a long day of waterpolo. Both are medical students at Imperial, really nice folk. We were some of the few players who did not drink themselves into oblivion.

In Compiegne they build a mini-petting zoo in the center of the town. This is me and a horse amusingly named Xeaphod Beeblebrox - yup, Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy has made it out to this end of the planet (don't forget your towel).

This was the main Cathedral in Compiegne. One of the most amazing structures I have ever seen.
