| Sakura to Zou no Chikara Kurabe It was a deep night. A thumping sound... something was approaching the penguin park. It looked at the King Penguin, then... CRASH! The camera focused on the full Moon... <Title Screen: Sakura and the Elephant's Strength Test> "Ohayo," Touya said, entering the kitchen. "Ohayo Touya-kun. Today's lunch is really special!" Fujitaka said. "Special... Sakura has a field trip?" Touya asked, smiling. "Yes, to the zoo." "Do you need any help?" Touya asked. "No, I"m just done. We'll have breakfast in a second," Fujitaka said. Touya went to the cupboard and started to take the dishes out when he saw the reporter lady reporting about the Emperor Penguin slide being flipped upside down. "Ohayo!' Sakura said, entering the kitchen. "Gosh, it's gonna rain with you actuallly coming in early..." Touya teased her. "No, the forecaster oneechan said it's gonna be clear!" Sakura said. "Ohayo, Sakura-san," Fujitaka said. "Is that mine?" "I've put all of your favorite things in it," Fujitaka replied. "Wai!" She cried, giving Fujitaka a hug. "Where are you going first?" "We're supposed to be gathering at the school," Sakura said. "Then from there, we'll take the bus to the zoo." "Then be careful," Touya said. "Why?" Sakura asked. He pointed at the TV. "Hoe!!!" She cried, seeing the penguin king. Sakura placed her skates on place. "Bye!" She cried, leaving. "But that was surprising. How did such a large thing flip over? Can it be... a clow card?" Sakura mused. "I'll have to ask Kero-chan about it when I get home." The sunlights filtered through the trees. "Wow..." Sakura cried. "It feels so nice..." "Sakura-chan." A voice called out. "Yukito-san!" Sakura cried, turning around. "Ohayo, you're early." "Um, Ohayo gozaimasu! How about oniichan?" Sakura asked Yukito. "I'm board monitor this morning," Yukito explained. 'Today's a really great day!!!' Sakura happily thought, blushing. "What is it?" Yukito said. "Oh, nothing..." She hesitantly replied. "Here we are at the scene of Penguin Park. This penguin has been called by children affectionately as "Emperor Penguin". The surprising thing is that no one was around between night and morning of yesterday and today..." A lady reporter said in front of the upside-down penguin. "There are lots of people, so it'll be safe. But to think lifting something so big up like that! It must have been a very strong thing," Yukito commented. "Yeah.." Sakura said. She closed her eyes and tried to sense Clow Card's aura, but did not sense anything. "That bag looks big. What is in it?" Yukito asked, pointing at Sakura's bag. "Oh, my notebook for observations and lunch." Sakura replied. "Your father made it for you?" Yukito asked. "Yes," Sakura replied. "Your father is a really good cook," Yukito commented. Sakura smiled, pleased. "Here, gift!' Yukito said, throwing a candy to her. Sakura looked after him dreamily. "The weather is nice, we're going on a trip, I've met Yukito-san... today really is a great day!" Sakura cried, swirling around and around. She heard something like "oof!" and turned around. "Hoe?" She looked around, but no one was there... There were lots of animals at the zoo. "Go off and observe the animals in groups, all right?" Terada said. "Hai!" The children replied. 'All right, the leaders come forward and take the camera," Terada said. "The report is due on Monday!" "Monday?" The children repeated, mumbling along themselves. "Cooperate and do your best," Terada added. "Hai!" Children chorused. "Have lunch whenever you want. Be here by 2, though, okay?" "Hai!" "Ja, hasan." The girls(Sakura, Tomoyo, Naoko, Rika, and Chiharu) went off. "Tomoyo-chan, would you take the pictures?" Chiharu asked Tomoyo. "Tomoyo-chan is an expert at cameras," Naoko added. "Sure," Tomoyo replied. "By the way, did you guys see the TV?" Chiharu asked. "About the Emperor Penguin?" Naoko asked. "Une," Chiharu replied. "I saw it," Rika said. "I wonder who could have done it?" "Yurei kana..." Naoko wondered. "It must be a strong yurei(ghost), if it's one!" Chiharu cheerfully added. "Perhaps ghost of a sumo fighter," Tomoyo said. "I hope he's a scary one!" Naoko cried. "Why?" "I love scary things!" Sakura, who had been uneasy throughout the discussion, now turned positively pale and started to back off. "Ah, elephants! Let's go!" Sakura cried, hurrying too much and almost falling on her face. "Fast.." Chiharu said. "Sakura-chan just can't handle scary things!" Tomoyo added. "But they're fun," Naoko said. Girls smiled. "Ah, ittda," Takashi said. "Doko?" "In the tree, up there." He said. "Sloth?" Shaoran asked. "It look sorta cute." "Is that the one?" "Must be," The boys said among themselves. "Our assigned animal is sloth. Let's try out best," Takashi said. "Hai." Shaoran was in charge of the pictures, while other boys observed it. It didn't move at all. "I wonder if it doesn't move around a lot, like its name implies," Shaoran said. "No, that's not true at all, Li-kun," Takashi said. "It's actually a very swift animal. It's lazing around like it doesn't move a lot right now, but once it has a mind to do so, it moves at an incredible speed of 100km per hour." Takashi lied. "Sugoina..." Shaoran said, instantly impressed. "Here we go, Yamazaki's killer move," The other boys squatted down, whispering among themselves. "He'll lie for fun if he sees the slightest chance to do so! "And they're usually the ones which you know it's a lie right away.." They glanced at Shaoran, who looked enchanted by the sloth. "But there are some who actually are fooled...." "I wonder if it feels up to moving today!" Shaoran said, excited. "It'll be nice if it did." Takashi said. Shaoran's eyes shone at the thought. "Yooshi!" He said, pointing his camera at the sloth and looking determined. "How big! Waa!" Sakura said, happy with the elephant. "Elephants can do lots of tricks!' Chiharu said. "I heard they can understand some human language!" Rika added. "Yeah, I saw it on TV, too," Naoko said. "I saw it too! It stood on its two legs and stuff!" Sakura said. "They're really strong, too! They do things like tug-of-war and stuff!" Chiharu added. "Right, it's truly amazing." Tomoyo added. Suddenly the ground started to shake. "Earthquake?" "It doesn't seem like it." "Sounds like something large fell," Tomoyo said, worried. The animals started to pace around, very upset. <CM Break-- Shaoran Card!> The girls wrote on their note pads. "Come to think of it, how about Kero-chan?" Tomoyo asked. "He's at home today," Sakura said. They heared something from Sakura's bookbag. Sakura whipped her bag to the front and opened it. Kero popped out. "Kero-chan!" The girls looked at Sakura and Tomoyo. "Ah.. the elephant is great, isn't it," Sakura said. "Really." "Did you finish your report?" "Nearly," Sakura replied. "Good luck." The girls returned to the elephant. Sakura sighed, then ran behind the bushes. Kero lazily yawned. "Finally you've noticed," He said. "You said you'd stay home today!" Sakura said. "I planned to, but your father's lunch smelled so good that I just floated in.." Kero said, floating back and nestling himself among the lunch. "See?" "No wonder it was so heavy," Sakura said. "Hey, it wasn't just me! See, the lunch is this big!" "Why didn't you tell me, then?" Sakura asked him. "I thought I'd surprise you." "Sakura-chan was surprised, so it was a big success," Tomoyo said. "Yeah!" Kero said, smiling. Sakura sighed. "Sensei!" Rika said. "Mm?" Terada asked. "Um.." "What is it?" Terada asked her. "Would you like to eat this lunch?" Rika asked, offering him a lunch box wrapped with pink bunny cloth. "Sure. Thank you." Terada said, smiling and taking the lunch. Rika blushed happily. "It moved!" Shaoran said, full of enthuism. "11:46. It moved a little." "That was 3 times in an hour!" "Is that a lot of little?" Shaoran asked, excited. "Who knows.." The boys groomily said. "Ah, it moved again!" Shaorna said. "11:47. It moved." "It moved twice in two minutes! Perhaps it feels up to moving a lot today," Takashi said. Suddenly an earthquake-like tremor shook the ground. "There is goes again," Tomoyo said. "Do you feel it?' Kero asked. "Une!" Sakur replied. "It's Clow Card." Kero said. Suddenly a penguin ran past them. "The cage... seems to be broken," Tomoyo said. "Penguins are fine, but if something big gets loose..." Kero said, worried. There was a crash. Everyone started to run away. "Go to the entrance! I'm sure the teacher and the staff of zoo are there!" Tomoyo told the girls. "How about Tomoyo-chan?" Chiharu asked. "We'll be right back!" Tomoyo replied. Shaoran frowned. "Li-kun?" He handed the camera to Takashi. "Take care of it." He ran off. "No one's here!" Sakura said. "It seems they've all fled," Tomoyo said. "That's convenient, as we don't have to hide when using magic," Kero said. "It's here!" Sakura said. "I sense the Clow Card. This way!' Suddenly a group of zebras stampeded past them. "What kind of card is this?" Sakura asked. "A card that breaks cages?" Kero asked, pondering. Huge print was left after a monsterious thump. "It crossed there!' "What a huge print..." "I didn't see anything, though!" Tomoyo said. "It's there!" The elephants were standing in the corner, scared. "The elephants are afraid..." Tomoyo said. "What do I do?!" Sakura asked. "There ain't much I can do if I don't even know which card it is," Kero said. The thing lifted the mother elephant up into the air and dropped it. Sakura hurriedly released the key, catchin the elephant with Windy. "The elephant could've been hurt!" She angrily said. "Throwing elephants... which card is this?" Kero wondered. "..I konw!" He started to whisper to Sakura. "But...!" Sakura protested. "Hurry or else something bad will happen to the elephants!" Kero said. Sakura ran towards the elephants reluctantly. "Hold it for a sec! You'er the Power Card! Do.. do you want to compare your strength with me?!" The rampaging entity stopped. It suddenly started to attack Sakura. "Why?!" Sakura cried. "Its pride is in its strength. All you have to do is beat it in a proof of strength!" "How?!" Sakura cried. "This way!" The trees were knocked right and left, as Sakura jumped high to the sky before she got crushed. "See? It's a good thing that I told you to use "Jump" before challenging it, right?" Kero said. "It isn't "good thing"!" Sakura snapped, giving an evil look to Kero. "If you don't hurry and do something, it's gonna be bad!" Kero said. Sakura's eyes turned into dots as she saw the power approaching her. "There is no way I can win against that!" She cried. "Just set some kind of challenge!" Frantically she cried, "Tug-of-war!" The thumping stopped, and a small girl all dressed in pink landed in front of them. She cutely smiled. "How cute, Power-san." Tomoyo said. "Don't underestimate it by its looks!" Kero said. Power looked around, and her eyes fell on the rope holding people out of the lawn. Sakura and Power started a tug-of-war. "Kero-chan!" Sakura cried, as Power easily pulled her forward. "For the time, if it gets dangerous just let go!" Kero said. "But Kero-chan!" Sakura protested, as Power gave another tug and brought Sakura closer. "Sakura, use a card! Hurry and bring forth Windy!" "My hands are full! Can't do it!" Sakura cried. Suddenly Power stopped pulling Sakura in. Sakura looked back and saw that the elephant was helping her. "Elephant-san!" She said, startled. She turned around and tried to pulll the rope back. "Go fer it!" Kero said. "Good luck!" Tomoyo cried. Power pulled harder, looking determined. A sword... Shaoran was standing on top of the tree, watching them. "Time!" He said, stabbing the Time Card. He jumped down from the tree and pulled the rope away from Power. In the frozen time, Power looked confident while Sakura looked like she was pulling for her life and Kero and Tomoyo looked worried. Shaoran jumped back up. Everyone immediately fell down as Shaoran allowed time to flow again. They stood up. Everyone gasped. "Can it be... that Sakura won?" Kero asked. "It seems that way," Tomoyo said. "Yatta!" Sakura cried. "Yatta! Yatta! Thank you for helping me!" Sakura turned to the elephant. The elephant humbly bowed. "Sakura, seal it now!" Kero said. "Une!" She turned to the card. "Return to your true form, Clow Card!" Power, who kneeled on the floor looking disappointed and depressed, returned to her card form. "What a panic this card caused!" Sakura cried. "You were great!" Kero cried. "I thought I'd lose for sure!" Sakura said. "That was really close," Tomoyo said. "I wonder... if the sloth feels up to it." Shaoran said, jumping off the tree and running off to find the sloth. "Kero-chan, this card is for... like how I think..." "Yup, when you use it you become super strong," Kero happily said. Sakura sweated. "Sakura-chan, I have a favor to request of you," Tomoyo said, holding up the camera and smiling. "Hoe?" Sakura skated past the Penguin Park. Seeing the King Penguin right way up, she sighed in relief. She noticed Tomoyo. "Tomoyo-chan!" Tomoyo, who was looking at a picture, looked up. "What are you looking at?" "Ah, Sakura-chan..." "It's that picture?!" Sakura asked, dismayed. "Thank you for letting me have a souvenir," Tomoyo happily said. "Don't show it to anyone, kay?!" Sakura desperately said. "Hai," Tomoyo replied. "Ohayo!" Yukito said. "Ohayo gozaimsu," The girls replied. "I heard things were exciting at the zoo. Are you guys okay?" Yukito asked them. "Yes," Sakura replied. "Oh, is that a picture from yesterday?" Yukito asked Tomoyo. "Yes," She replied. Suddenly wind blew, and Tomoyo lost her grip on the picture. Yukito caught the picture, then stared at it, surprised. "This is...?!" He asked. 'Oh no, what should I do?! He'll know about the magic now...!' Sakura thought. "Sakura-chan.... you're strong!" Yukito said, surpised. Sakura collapsed, and Tomoyo developed a sweat drop and her bookbag slipped off her shoulder. "That's a trick photo," Tomoyo said. "I suppose that has to be it," Yukito said, smiling. "I mean, you'll need to have magic to lift that thing!" The camera concentrates on the picture of Sakura holding up the Penguin King and smiling awkwardly. <Kero-chan ni Omakase> Konyanyachiwaaa~! We're deeply in this humid season, aren't we! Kero-chan's corner has come to wipe your heavy feelings away! Then everyone, let's go! From now on, Tomoeda is going on to summer uniform because of the heat! This is Tomoeda summer uniform. The shirt and the skirt are reversed from the winter uniform. The black lines on the white background looks really sharp, doesn't it. These sleeves and lepel in the back are in summer uniform, too! Then let's go Kero-chan~ check! This is knapsack used in Tomoeda. It has pockets on both sides and in the front as well, so it's made to be useful. Well, it's about time to wrap this up. But Sakura has things very tough. I'm sure she wouldn't have thought she'd have to do tug-of-war at zoo. Well, lots of things happen in life. Honana~ I found this "Leave it to Kero-chan" very funny because when I watched this tape, it was winter. ^_^ Well, Wing Zero continues to work for fellow fans. 9/30/2001, CCS belongs to CLAMP and Kodansa but this summary belongs to me. ^_^ ' |
