 Ai Tenshi Densetsu Wedding Peach is a
shoujo anime, created by Tachibana Mami, Tomita Masahiro
and Yazawa Nao and first published in Flower Comics. The
series was aired in Japan in April 5, 1995 to March 7,
1996 (with about 51 episodes total) and was aired in
Manila by ABS-CBN-2. The story has a Romeo & Juliet-like
plotline, with the constant struggle between angels and
devils with majority of the phrases used in the series is
French(considered as the language of love), and the
combination both Japanese and western wedding practices
in the series is refreshing. The
memorable BGMs and soundtracks are recorded by the series
seiyuus, collectively known as FURIL.
 The
fight between the tenshi(angels) and akuma(devils)
started from a grudge several years ago...when Reine
Devila "accidentally" came to the Tenshi Kai,
and saw the "man of her dreams", who was the
handsome tenshi Nitamiinu, but was devastated when she
saw Nitamiinu kiss Pisuteiru, who was his pretty lover.
She was furious and was brooding for years, looking for
ways to destroy the Tenshi Kai, until she came to rule
the Akuma Kai. The power struggle between the Tenshis and
Akumas was fought to a stalemate as both sides are equal
in power until the arrival of the legendary Rafuaru
Senshi, Uragano, whose powers tipped the war in the
Akuma's balance. To prevent the Devils from aquiring the
four Saint Something, Aphrodite sent them down to Earth
together with their guardians, Angel Celeste, Angel Lily,
Angel Daisy, and Angel Salvia. The four powerful guardian
angels blasted a lot of Akumas but were then blocked by
Uragano on their way to Earth. Angels Lily and Daisy were
immediately blasted away and Angel Salvia was badly
injured, which left only Angel Celeste, Aphrodite's
sister to fend off Uragano, who was also seriously
injured. They were both blasted to Earth when they
squared for the last time, Celeste was found by a caring
and thoughtful man, Hanazaki Souichirou whom she married
and bore Momoko...it was all perfect until she regained
her memories. She wouldnt have left but for Limone who
was searching for her told her that her sister Aphrodite
needs help in maintaining the Tenshi Kai. Celeste now
called Sakura has no choice but to leave Souchirou and
Mamoko behind leaving them only a wedding ring. Meanwhile
Uragano also fell in Earth and married a nice lady, and
had a son named Fuuma Yousuke, whose perfect life was
also shattered when he was "returned" to the
Akuma Kai.
Now 12 year old Hanazaki Momoko
discovers her powers as the legendary Ai Tenshi Wedding
Peach, together with schoolmates and best buddies, Tanima
Yuri(Angel Lily) and Tamano Hinagiku(Angel Daisy),
defends the four Saint Something which was entrusted to
them by Aphrodite and the Earth from the invading Akumas,
with the guidance of the tenshi, Limone(who was in
disguise as the star soccer player Yanagiba Kazuya). With
the appearance of the fourth guardian tenshi Scarlet
O'Hara(Angel Salvia), they confronted the "evil"
Reine Devila and Momoko's love interest, Fuuma Yousuke
who is Uragano's son, Viento.

Viento and was "awakened" to
destroy the Ai Tenshis. As Viento, the
descendent of the powerful Rafuaru family
in Akuma Kai, he wields his father's
legendary powers. He was also given a
bell by his father, which also warns him
if Peach is in trouble. When Peach used
her Ai waves on him it cleaned him of
evil waves and then he came to know that
Reine Devila was responsible for his
father's death and the Tenshi-Akuma war,
he teamed-up with the Ai Tenshis to
defeat Reine Devila. |

excellent soccer player to boot. He was
later revealed as the tenshi Limone, who
helps the Ai Tenshis in their battles. As
Limone, his main function is to guide and
assist the Ai Tenshis in searching for
and guarding the four Saint Something. He
bears an enchanted sword. He later falls
in love with Angel Lily. |
