(There are people attending SAILOR JUPITER.)
(SAILOR JUPITER looks down and sees a green dress.)
(Voices chant "PRINCESS JUPITER".)

SMALL LADY
Jupiter's starseed's change! Nature's Princess appears.

(Flashback sequence)
HANDSOME MAN
I heard that you have a dream about being a florist and a restaurant
owner. I would like to make that dream come true for you.
SAILOR JUPITER
But why?
HANDSOME MAN
Because it's been my dream too. To meet someone as beautiful as
you and marry her.
SAILOR JUPITER
(BLUSHING): Really? I always wanted to marry.
HANDSOME MAN
Please give me a chance!
(SAILOR JUPITER looks at the newly formed Crystal Palace.)
SAILOR JUPITER
I-I can't. I'm sorry.. but I can't.
HANDSOME MAN
Why?
SAILOR JUPITER
(CRYING): Duty. I have a duty to do. I am a Sailor soldier... so I have to
protect the new King and Queen.
HANDSOME MAN
I'll wait for you.
(FADE OUT)
FADE IN:
EXT. SUPERMARKET AFTERNOON
(SAILOR JUPITER is staring off into space. SAILOR JUPITER looks at
the sweet rice flour.)
SAILOR JUPITER
There is the sweet rice flour. We can go now.
SMALL LADY
Thank you for taking me along. It's been boring at the palace.
(SAILOR JUPITER leans down, winks and holds up her index finger.)
SAILOR JUPITER
Well, you can always ask me if you can come along. I'm always happy
to have company.
SMALL LADY
It will be nice to have a tea ceremony! This should be fun! We'll have
odango.. nikuman and miso soup!
(SMALL LADY pauses and remembers SETSUNA having tea.)
SMALL LADY
(ABSENTLY): Puu.. but you are gone too.
SAILOR JUPITER
C'mon, let's pay for the groceries.
(FADE OUT)
FADE IN:
INT. KITCHEN LATE AFTERNOON
(SAILOR JUPITER is in the kitchen rolling some dough with SMALL
LADY)
SAILOR JUPITER
The art of the tea ceremony was started a long, long time ago. But
we are going to just make the food for it.
SMALL LADY
What are you doing?
(SAILOR JUPITER hands the bowl to SMALL LADY)
SAILOR JUPITER
I added the sweet rice flour and water. After that I took a piece and
rolled it into a ball. Like this.
(SAILOR JUPITER demonstrates.)
SAILOR JUPITER
Then put them into the boiling water and wait for the balls of dough
to float!
(SMALL LADY takes an odango out with a spoon and puts it in a dish.)
SMALL LADY
That's easy! What about Okonomiyaki?
SAILOR JUPITER
Mix the ingredients together, pour into the pan and wait until it
cooks.
SMALL LADY
You are a great cook! Jupiter-san! Smells sooo good.
(DIANA enters)
DIANA
Jupiter-sama, Small Lady! The shield on the Palace has been fading.
Mercury-sama needs your help!
(SAILOR JUPITER turns off the stove and runs after DIANA.)
(SMALL LADY hesitates, takes an odango, dips it in sweet red bean
paste and eats it in one mouthful before leaving.)
(DIANA runs after SMALL LADY.)
(FADE OUT)
FADE IN:
INT. CRYSTAL PALACE CONTROL ROOM 15:00
(SAILOR MERCURY is worried.)
SAILOR MERCURY
I've been looking at the shields to modify it so the enemy can't get in
as easily as they did the first time. But the enemy is now making an
all out attack on them.
SAILOR MARS
It must be to lure Small Lady away from the palace.
SAILOR VENUS
Then take her mind, like a vampire.
DIANA
I thought vampires took blood.
ARTEMIS
Sailor Venus! You mixed it up again!
SAILOR VENUS
Oh yeah.. uhh mind is zombie? or is that the tooth fairy?
(ARTEMIS sweatdrops. DIANA is confused.)
SMALL LADY
I should just go. It's my duty now to protect everyone.
SAILOR JUPITER
It's my job too. I'm coming.
SAILOR MARS, SAILOR VENUS, SAILOR MERCURY
What?! You remember the orders, don't you?
SAILOR JUPITER
(FOLDING HER ARMS): Sailor Mars and Sailor Venus have already
stretched the rules.
(SAILOR MARS AND SAILOR VENUS sweatdrop.)
SAILOR JUPITER
And I started cooking food! They interrupted that! It's personal now!
They have to pay!
(SAILOR JUPITER runs off.)
(SMALL LADY watches SAILOR JUPITER and folds her arms.)
SMALL LADY
I'm not going if Sailor Jupiter is. Last time I tried to fight Sailor Mars
defeated the gall and before that was Sailor Venus. There is no point
in me going into battle if you keep defeating the gall.
SAILOR MARS
(LAUGHING): You sound just like Usagi--
(SMALL LADY dashes out the door with DIANA leaving a dust cloud
behind.)
(FADE OUT)
(Commercial Break)
FADE IN:
EXT. OUTSIDE CRYSTAL PALACE 15:30
IOLITE
What a brilliant idea!
ONYX
Yes! Destroy the palace and lure out that princess. We should have
done this in the first place.
IOLITE
Coral-sama has done well this time!
ONYX
There is Sailor Jupiter now... where is Small Lady?
IOLITE
Doesn't matter our orders are to kill them all. Gall Galavanite! Appear!
ONYX
This one should be able to finish the job.
IOLITE
Shall we go?
SAILOR JUPITER
I cannot--
(ONYX nods and leaves.)
(The gall appears and forms)
(IOLITE follows)
(GALL GALVANITE appears. SMALL LADY with DIANA appear. Time
slows down and stops.)
(A miniature version of SAILOR JUPITER appears.)
GUARDIAN JUPITER
Hello Princess Jupiter. I am the guardian of your Sailor crystal.
(SAILOR JUPITER'S starseed appears in the air and lands in GUARDIAN
JUPITER'S hands. The starseed blossoms and transforms. She
presents it to SAILOR JUPITER.)
(SAILOR JUPITER holds out her hands. GUARDIAN JUPITER lands into
SAILOR JUPITER's hands.)
(SAILOR JUPITER sparkles with energy. A green dress floats about
her and the sign of Jupiter appears on her forehead.)
(The planet of Jupiter floats behind her. Around Jupiter floats a
castle.)
GUARDIAN JUPITER
I should have helped when your parents of this life died. I should have
been there through all the fights, but I can be here now, when I
couldn't before. You can have the dreams you always wished for.
PRINCESS JUPITER
Dreams?
GUARDIAN JUPITER
Your duties as a Sailor Soldier are over. You can be a chef like you
used to be on Castle Io and tend the gardens. There will be plenty of
boys, if you return.
PRINCESS JUPITER
Cook.. the gardens that were only rivaled by the Moon Kingdom.
GUARDIAN JUPITER
Have that life again, my princess. Live in bliss.
PRINCESS JUPITER
I had that offer a long time ago. A beautiful man said he would give
me my dreams. I refused.. I thought that it was my duty getting in
the way of my dreams. But even then I knew my duties as a Sailor
Soldier are never over. I have people to protect. My Prince and
Princess! My Friends! I have to be there to be strong! Besides I have a
tea party to finish. Who would I present my food to?
GUARDIAN JUPITER
You are still the same person I knew a long time ago. If you ever need
your true power just remember me, call out the name of your castle
and use your crystal.
(Time starts again. SAILOR JUPITER appears in a new Sailor soldier
uniform.)
SMALL LADY
Make up!
(SMALL LADY transforms into ETERNAL SAILOR CHIBIMOON)
ETERNAL SAILOR CHIBIMOON
You are attacking the palace where I grew up! I cannot forgive you! I
am the pretty sailor-suited soldier for love and justice Eternal Sailor
Chibimoon! In the name of the moon I will punish you!
GALL GALVANITE
But that's my job! Electric shock!
(GALL GALVANITE throws a bolt of electricity at ETERNAL SAILOR
CHIBIMOON)
(ETERNAL SAILOR JUPITER knocks over ETERNAL SAILOR CHIBIMOON)
ETERNAL SAILOR JUPITER
Please, Eternal Sailor Chibimoon, let me handle this gall.
ETERNAL SAILOR CHIBIMOON
Why--?
(ETERNAL SAILOR JUPITER looks into ETERNAL SAILOR CHIBIMOON's
eyes as she takes another blast.)
(ETERNAL SAILOR CHIBIMOON nods)
(ETERNAL SAILOR JUPITER stands in front of ETERNAL SAILOR
CHIBIMOON and takes the next attack.)
ETERNAL SAILOR JUPITER
I will ground you gall!
ETERNAL SAILOR JUPITER
(RAISING HANDS INTO AIR): Castle Io, give me the power to vanquish
this evil!
(A green crystal materializes into SAILOR JUPITER's hands. The
crystal blooms. SAILOR JUPITER grows bright with a green aura.)
ETERNAL SAILOR JUPITER
Because I believe in my true dream Guardian Jupiter, give me the
power!
(The energy attacks GALL GALVANITE.)
GALL GALVANITE
Justice!
(ETERNAL SAILOR CHIBIMOON gives a dirty look.)
ETERNAL SAILOR CHIBIMOON
There's no point in me fighting anymore.
DIANA
Yes there is! You still have to find your destiny.
(ETERNAL SAILOR CHIBIMOON picks up DIANA and places the cat on
her head. DIANA purrs.)
(ETERNAL SAILOR JUPITER turns back into SAILOR JUPITER.)
SAILOR JUPITER
You will have to defeat the enemy on your own with your own power in
the future. I had a score to settle. Now, we should check on the
cookies, and the other food. The batter must be drying up.
(FADE OUT)
FADE IN:
INT. CRYSTAL PALACE KITCHEN 17:00
(The food is all gone. Dishes are in the sink.)
SMALL LADY
Nothing.. nothing is here.
DIANA
Where did all the food go?
(SAILOR JUPITER looks at the floor. The floor is covered in flour.
There are boot marks, and two pairs of high heel marks. There's a
set of hand and knee marks.)
FADE TO:
INT. CRYSTAL PALACE CONTROL ROOM 17:20
(SAILOR MARS is drinking tea and eating odango with a stack of
okonomiyaki. SAILOR VENUS is steadily working through some
cookies. SAILOR MERCURY is guiltily eating one odango.)
SAILOR VENUS
They won't suspect a thing!
SAILOR MARS
You slipped before they were about to come in.
SAILOR MERCURY
We're older, we're supposed to be wiser. Was this the right thing to
do? Are we being good role models for Small Lady?
SAILOR VENUS
Don't worry! Artemis is asleep, and anyway that food was getting
cold! It deserved to be eaten. You know Neo-Queen Selenity would
agree! We'll do it in the honor of her.
SMALL LADY
(JUMPING OUT FROM THE DOORWAY): I knew it!
SAILOR JUPITER
You three are worse than Neo-Queen Selenity!
SMALL LADY
We cannot forgive you!
SAILOR VENUS
Uhh.. Sailor Mercury-- good luck on the shields! Artemis must be
waking up now.
SAILOR MARS
I think I'll check on Phobos and Deimos.
(DIANA enters in the doorway making SAILOR VENUS and SAILOR
MARS halt and crash.)
(A chase scene ensues.)
(FADE OUT)

SAILOR MERCURY
I wanted to be a doctor, but I gave up that dream to protect
Neo-Queen Selenity and King Endymion.

Now I wonder if I should go to med school and relearn everything. My
duty as a Sailor soldier.. is over.
SMALL LADY
What? More studying? Why? Please don't leave!
DIANA
Mercury-sama...
(Title screen)
SMALL LADY
Sailor Chibimoon Newmoon: Starseed of Mercury's change. Princess of
Wisdom appears!
SMALL LADY
Tsuki wa Ai no message. (The moonlight carries the message of love.)
(Ending screen with manga-ka and the companies involved)
(FADE OUT)

Hitsuji: Yay! I think they liked that one.
Yoon Mi: How would you know?
Hitsuji: Uhh.. I don't.. It's just a guess.
Yoon Mi: How very bright of you.
Hitsuji: Is that sarcasm?
Yoon Mi: *sighs* Read the author notes for any concerns you might
have!
Author's notes for this particular episode:
- There are no real cultural notes or problems I see in this episode.
- I do have something from my friend Jesse though! Okonomiyaki! Yay!
Also.. if you want to make odango yourself look at the Almighty
Odango! Shrine. In honor of this being Sailor Jupiter's episode. (maybe
her last one) I give you the recipes!
- ---->Okonomiyaki<----
1 cup of flour
1 large egg, beaten
1 tsp. dashi stock
1 tsp. soy sauce
powdered nori, or norigoma, etc. (optional)
warm water
1/2 cup of anything - baby shrimp, crabmeat, beef, veggies, pork,
squid, pine nuts, *whatever* - anything.
This reminds me of Ukyou from Ranma 1/2 - have you seen any of
that manga/anime? It's funny.
Anyways, put the first four (or five) ingredients together, and then
add enough warm water to it to bring it to average pancake batter
consistency, then throw in the 'anything' and fry 'em like pancakes!
To put on top - there's okonomi sauce in stores, but I usually just mix
some mayo and oyster sauce together instead and throw some nori
on it, but like pancakes in general, you can put anything on them of
course. (Maple syrup? I don't think so. ^_^)
- To make Odango:
Materials:
- a pot
- bamboo skewers
- a spoon
- a strainer
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Sweet rice flour (you should be able to get this at an asian
food store or a supermarket)
- 1/2 cup water
- water to fill the pot
- Sweet bean paste or soysauce.
Instructions:
1. Put the water into the pot and start it boiling.
2. Combine the water with the sweet rice flour. (It's best if you
combine it slowly) You should get a dough that isn't too soft and is
well combined. (sort of like hard bread dough)
3. Roll it into an odango shape i.e. sphere (warning: do not place on
top of your head as it may leave rice flour in your hair) They should
be about an inch across.
4. If the water is boiling let the balls of odango in gently with a spoon.
I don't want you getting burnt from the splash.
5. Boil them long enough for them to float and then cook them for
about a minute more.
6. Test one by cutting it in half. It should be cooked on the outside
and sort of off-white in the inside. (Eat it now to check it, but don't
eat them all before serving. You'll look like Usagi then.) If they are
ready strain the odango.
7. No, don't put them on top of your head, put them on a bamboo
skewer. About three to four each. Then serve with soysauce and/or
sweet bean paste.
8. Now look out for Usagi and eat!
Note: These don't store well or microwave well, so make what you are
going to eat.
