The Golden  Era of Maola Burhanuddin, TUS

 The Burhani daor has been a saadat nu daor

We are doing many things that we didn’t do before 

This daor started with a bang, the taamir of Rodat Tahera

Taamiraat continue to this day, those are not the only aayaat bahera

Rodat Tahera is most unique in the world with whole quran therein inscribed

Momineen throng there to fulfill their ummeeds, the manzar can’t be described

We used to wear pants, shirts, jinnah cap, kurta shalwar and saari

Why did we wear such alien clothes for which now we are sorry

Maola gave us a standardized dress code for men and women

That gave us pride, identity and increased amongst us cohesion

Maola Burhanuddin is the mohafiz and the guardian of Rasulullah’s shariat

He emphasizes amal on all seven Daims especially Valayat & Taharat

Like Western Language and clothes we got hooked on the Western commodes

We forgot Taharat, hence he reminds us to install Eastern toilets in our abodes

Our lives were drowning in the mud of riba, we were in it upto our eyeballs

What with interest payments and mortgages, we couldn’t sleep peacefully at all

Maola folded his sleeve, extended his arm and pulled us out of the mud of riba

Now we are interest  free and sleep without a care, on Maola we are jaan maal si fida

We all used to be clean shaven, looking like the best friends of shaitaan

Maola put beards on our faces, made them noorani, this is his ehsaan

We used to be frogs of our small wells until Hijri fourteen hundered and  one

When maola cut away the chains from our feet, taught us how to walk and run

That year the Ashara was in Jamea Anwar, mumineen came from all over the world

Now momineen are not afraid of travels, they even came to the Western world

We took great pride in going to Mission schools and speaking the Queen’s English

This led us to follow their culture and dress code, why were we so foolish?

There is great hikmat in Maola’s emphasis for learning Lisan-e-Dawat

Language keeps culture alive, our children can understand his bayaans pur hikmat

To preserve Quran-e-Majid, Maad-uz-Zahra was constructed by this Burhan

Preservation is done best when memorized, now we have many a hafizul Quran

Syedna Taher Saifuddin(AQ) wrote the famous Ya Syedus Shohdai marasiya

He also cleansed and removed the adulterated bayaans propagated by false ulemaa

Maola Burhanuddin ratcheted up several notches Husain’s matam and buka

When you hear him read maqtal, you feel you are standing with Husain in Kerbala

May our Maola Mohammed Burhanuddin live happy, healthy and long ta qiyamat

May his dushman burn in duniya and akherat, and his followers live in aafiyat
