- Pens are offered to people who have registered a suitable vessel on the public waiting list first, if no acceptors are found the pen will be advertised in other public media and this web site.
- Pen lease includes running steel hardware and the existing mooring lines - you may add your ropes as required
- You must produce evidence of current insurance on your vessel before you can take up the pen
