PolSub(X, Y) = Polynomial X − Y

PolSub(X, Y) = Polynomial X − Y:

For example, PolSub({4; 3; 2; 1}, {5; 4; 2}) = {4; −2; −2; −1}. It subtracts from the bottom up and the size does not have to be the same.
