Ordering Terms

1. Ordering
   We accept online order only. Customers please e-mail us for product availability. Failed to do so may result in order delayed or cancelled. After the order is confirmed, we shall send the quotation within 3 business days. Customers must reply us with a confirmation email and complete the payment with in 7 day after the quotation received. We shall ship the product after the payment is cleared (except Door-To-Door Delivery). Otherwise the order will be cancelled. If customers do not hear from us after 3 business days, please contact us immediately.

2. Shipping
   Customers can choose the shipping method on the ordering form. We provide the following methods:
   - Surface
   - By Air (Overseas only)
   - Door-To-Door Delivery (Hong Kong only)
   Corresponding shipping cost will be listed on the item descriptions.

3. Payment
   We only accept the following payment methods:
   - Cheque (Hong Kong only)
   - PayPal
   - Cash
   Customers who choose PayPal for payment, after we received the confirmation email, we shall send the payment request through PayPal. Customers must follow the instructions in the request to complete the payment.
   Customers who choose Cheque, the recepient must be filled with the name Chan Wing Hang Thomas. Please DO NOT write our shop's name or the payment will never be received and the order will be cancelled
   Hong Kong customers who choose cash for payment can pay when the products delivered (Door-To-Door Delivery only).

We have the right to modify the above terms without prior notice.
