At Shaolin, we want to make your shopping experience easy and comfortable, so we have taken measures to guarantee all orders you place with us will be secure and safe. Your security is our utmost concern.

We choose to work with highly professional secured online retailer, PAYPAL, to ensure you have a secured only shopping environment.

When you use your credit card to make a purchase through our shopping basket, the information you provide is protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. This technology ensures that your personal information is protected from outside parties when transmitted from your computer to the PAYPAL payment server.

Please note that we do not hold your credit card information. Please do not send us your credit card information via e-mail.

How Do You Charge My Credit Card? Do I Need To Send My Credit Card Information To You?

PAYPAL is our Authorized Online Retailer. PAYPAL will handle all credit card charges to your order. Once your order has been approved, PAYPAL will e-mail us your order. Shaolin will then process and ship your order.

What Is Your Privacy Policy?

Your privacy and security is our utmost concern. We do not disclose your personal information such as e-mail address to other third parties. We would never put customer in a high-risk position by exposing his / her credit card details and personal particulars.

We gather only information that will help us improve your shopping experience.

Are There Any Taxes Applied To My Purchase?

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Shaolin do not calculate or charge customers for local duties or taxes, as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customers are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, or customs fee charged by local government. As customs policies vary widely from country to country, please check with your local customs office for more information.

What Currencies Are The Prices Listed In?

All our prices are listed in US dollars. Your credit card will be charged in US dollars.

For international customers, your credit card company will automatically convert the US dollars to your local currency according to the respective banks' current rates.

  • How Long Do You Take To Ship My Order? Can I Track My Package Online?

    All purchases are shipped via registered airmail. In counting delivery days, you should count business days only.

    Shaolin makes every attempt to keep items in stock. We normally will ship out your order within the same day if we have stock. Should the item be out of stock, you will be notified by e-mail. It will normally take around 1-5 days for the item to replenish.

    We will definitely e-mail you once we have shipped out your order.

    We regret that registered airmail package do no have detailed tracking online. Online status tracking can only show that it has been shipped.

    If your order is sent UPS delivery service, we will e-mail the airway bill number so that you can track your order online.

     

    It Has Been Over 30 Days And I Haven't Received My Order. What Should I Do?

    Due to unforeseen circumstances (such as public holidays, natuaral disaster, demonstrations & strikes, etc.), the delivery of your package might be slightly delayed. This is unfortunately beyond our control.

    As we are shipping your order via registered airmail, the package needs to be signed for. There might be nobody available when there is a delivery attempt. Please contact or visit your local post office. Please try to look in the "unclaimed packages" area as well.
