Win2000 / XP 語言核心係用 unicode.
所以係可以支配全世界既語言.

不過對應非unicode語言時, 如 native繁中(Big5), native簡中(GB), 就只可以同一時間支配一種.

所以set左出 Big5, 就出唔到 GB;  set左出 GB, 就出唔到 Big5.......

如果文件係用unicode, 即使入面有 繁&簡中,日,韓,泰,俄.............都可以同時顯示 !
而2000/XP既輸入法係用unicode運作, 所以不會有限制.

即係話 Win2000/XP 可同一時間支配兩種語言encode - UNICODE & native code

找尋  "AutoAdminLogon" then type 1, open, 0
finish
