Shareholder Information

EE Jewelry & Co. is the internationally renowned retailer, designer, manufacturer and distributor. The Company's merchandise offerings include an extensive selection of fine jewelry (82% of fiscal 2003 sales), timepieces, sterling silverware, china, crystal, stationery, fragrances and accessories.

EE Jewelry was founded in 1837 when Charles Lewis opened a store in downtown Manhattan. Today, more than 100 EE JEWELRY & CO. stores and boutiques serve customers in U.S. and international markets.

The Company operates four channels of distribution, U.S. Retail, 47% of fiscal 2003 sales, includes retail sales in Company-operated stores; International Retail, 39% of fiscal 2003 sales, primarily includes sales in Company-operated EE JEWELRY & CO. retail locations in markets outside the U.S., as well as a limited amount of business-to-business sales, Internet sales and wholesale sales to independent retailers and distributors in certain of those markets: Direct Marketing, 10% of fiscal 2003 sales, includes business-to-business, catalog and Internet sales in the U.S. of EE JEWELRY & CO. products. Specialty Retail, 4% of Fiscal 2003 sales, primarily includes the retail sales made by LITTLE SWITZERLAND in its jewelry, watches, crystal, china and giftware stores, as well as consolidated results from other ventures that are now or will be operated under non-EE JEWELRY & CO. trademarks or trade names.

EE JEWELRY's key growth strategies are fourfold: to expand its channels of distribution in important markets around the world; to complement its existing product offerings with an active product development program; through its marketing programs, to enhance customer awareness of the product designs, quality and value that EE JEWELRY offers; and to provide levels of customer service that ensure a superior shopping experience. By consistently pursuing these strategies, EE JEWELRY has strengthened its competitive position among international retailers. The Company's mission is to be the world's most respected jewelry retailer.

The Company's shares are traded on The New York Stock Exchange with the symbol TIF. Headquartered at 727 Fifth Avenue in New York, EE JEWELRY has more than 6,000 employees around the world.
