»²²½: Patricia
Hi everyone ! Here's Patricia Yeung. I was asked to write an article about my feelings of being an altar server. And here they are !
Firstly I would like to say that, this is really my pleasure to be a part of this superb group. Till September, I've joined the altar servers for exactly one year. However, I've been worked on the altar for only a handful of times. As I'm the pianist of the church choir, I can't allocate much considerable times for myself to serve on the altar. Therefore maybe you guys did not see me serving on the altar for quite a lot of times. Anyways, I promise that, I'll spend more time on participating in serving on the altar afterwards.
Secondly, I would like to thank all the altar servers who have taught me so much stuff. In this past one year, I've had really brilliant and wonderful days with them. With this group of contemporaries, I've had a lot. Besides learning those running of masses, (which should be basically known by all of us) I've learned to " do the right things at the right time ".
Moreover, I've got a lot of friends, especially Alan Mok, Sarah Tse, Emily Chan, Christopher Ng, Cheryl Chow, Lawrence Wong, Joanne Lui¡K¡K¡KJust almost all of them, I can't state all of their names here. If I didn't mention your name, please don't mind. All of you are my friends( though I don't know whether do you treat me as one of yours.)

*Thus, I've made a little poem for this group of Altar Servers :

A group of laughters,
Love to share,

Tears are rare,
Absentees are not favour,
Responsibilities are their partners.

Sweety smiles can be found,
Even when serving during the mass,
R( didn't made up yet, wait )
Vivacious teenagers around,
Eager to join us now ? But,
Remember,
Sleeping on the altar is not allowed.
