Artist in Charity for
“Love & Peace Art Festival”
The
event is organized under the cooperation of IYUSC Art Farm (HK) and Hong
Kong Christian Council "Rebuilding Collapsing Schools Project".
Distinguished artists: Prof. WU
Wei-shan, Mr. Gaylord CHAN, Mr. YU Yuan-chia, Mr. CHU Hing-wah, etc.
from different places over the world donated their art pieces for charity
as a gesture of love
and care towards the children in the mainland.
In
the Art
Exhibition,
besides guest artists, over 100 participants from different
ages and cultural backgrounds will exhibit their art works and share their
ideas about Love & Peace to the public. These art works include eastern
and western drawing, sculpture, and photography. Free
Admission.
In
the Auction Dinner Night, a team of volunteer
performers will also support the event by their fascinating lion dance,
classical music and drama performance.The lowest bet for the art works of
the guest artists is $2000, while $100 is for the art works of open
division. The price of the auction dinner ticket is $850 each. Net income
will be donated to the “Five Loaves and Two Fishes Campaign” for
rebuilding collapsing schools in mainland. It would be really grateful if
you can lend your support to those children in need.
