Description This collection contains functional strength training for wheelchair bound and ambulant patients with a neurological injury or illness. It was developed to help physiotherapists and other qualified personnel responsible for supplying training programs for, and conducting strength training with individuals suffering from these injuries or illnesses. This exercise bank can be used when creating an exercise regime for several different diagnoses, for example persons with paresis, spinal cord injuries, spina bifida, MS and stroke. Since many of the exercises are of a functional character this exercise bank can also be used successfully with other diagnosed conditions.
