Description This collection has been developed to aid people in learning correct lifting techniques. This can further help in avoiding e.g. back problems: when lifting any load with correct technique, one can minimize the risk of back injury. The exercises with a barbell fit people of all ages and sizes. It develops all areas of physical performance in a versatile way.

There are included video clips for all exercises in this collection. The video clips show how the different exercises should be performed correctly. In the Weightlifting for All Collection you can find all basic lifting techniques. You can enroll in a class where an experienced teacher will teach you to perform the movements correctly. You can also exercise alone with the bar as long as the weight is light and you use the correct basic lifting technique.
