General Rules for Students 1. Students should carry their AYP MEMBER CARD when attending lectures and field works. 2. Students are requested to pay full attendance at the course, in both lectures and field works. No allowance will be granted for absentee without prior notice and approval from the chief instructor. 3. Students should pay attention and listen to instructors' advice. 4. Absolute obedience is required when students are undertaking training programmes. 5. Male and female students are allowed to work together in their groups . But no personal dating and close contact will be entertained during training. 6. All basic equipment will be checked at the commencement of any training programmes. Students without proper and sufficient equipments will be required to terminate the journey. This may lead to incompletion and failure at the course. 7. Punctuality is required at all lectures and field works. 8. Students should respect each other. Politeness is necessary and no foul language will be allowed at any time. 9. Phone chatting is prohibited during class lectures and field works. Cellar phone is considered as tool for communication in case of emergency or accident. 10. No gambling activity is allowed. 11. No alcoholic drink and smoking is allowed. 12. In order to keep clean of the classroom, eating is forbidden. 13. Students are encouraged to use re-cycle materials throughout the course. 14. All plan books, log books and purpose of exploration must be submitted on time, late submission may lead to disqualification at the course.
