I irrigated the seeds three times a day, in the morning, afternoon and evening.
I hope the seed will grow quickly. Dad told me that I need to plant the seeds with patience.
If I irrigate too much, the plant will die. Dad said they hope to eat organic vegetable, which is planted by me.
Dad said vegetables sold in Hong Kong mainly
come from conventional farms across the border
which rely heavily on chemical fertilizers.

and organic vegetable is:
SAY NO TO CHEMICALS
Vegetables sold in Hong Kong mainly come
from conventional farms across the border which rely
heavily on chemical fertilizers and pesticides to maintain
a constant food supply for the urban population.
These harmful chemicals consumed over time eventually
lead to a buildup of toxins in your body and contribute
to associated health problems such as cancers, chronic
fatigue syndrome, depression, poor immune functions,
colds and flues, asthma and eczema. After all, pesticides
are poisons designed to kill living organisms,
thus are harmful to human too. Besides cancers, pesticides
are known to cause birth defects, genetic mutations and nerve damage | |
BEST FOR YOUR OWN HEALTH
- Organically grown vegetables are much
richer in natural nutrients and dietary fibers
than those vegetables treated chemically with fertilizers and pesticides.
- Free from harmful chemicals,
which may cause damage to your health and
block your body from absorbing the good nutrients.
- Your immune system can only be enhanced
by nutrients derived from nature.

And it can protect my younger sister, Dior.
Because children are much more vulnerable than adults when they come to pesticides.
Children have not developed a full immune ability to filter out harmful chemicals,
thus capturing all residues of carcinogenic substances in their growing cells.
I will work hard to grow the plant!
