An America, R.L.Dulenson first used artificial insemination in 1890.

Till nineteen century, more and more people used this method.

In 1983, Wu Nam Medical School used freezing semen to do the artificial insemination successfully; the baby was born in Wu Nam without a hitch.

In 1984, Shan Hai Medical School used the semen that had been cleaned to do the artificial insemination also had succeed.
