Shan Cai’s parents invite Ah Si to stay for dinner. He agrees. He mentions that Shan Cai’s house is smaller than the pond in his mansion but is warm and comfortable. During dinner, he shows his impressive table manners, a sign of his strict upbringing. Shan Cai is embarrassed by his parents’ unrefined table manners and impressed by Ah Si’s politeness. He even graciously thank her parents for the meal. However, she remembers that Ah Si pushed her on to the grass patch before and reminds herself not to be taken in by his seemingly gentlemanly surface. 

On her mother’s insistence, Shan Cai walks Ah Si out. He comments that her house is warm and noisy whereas he always has to eat his meals alone ever since his sister moved out of the mansion. Shan Cai realizes that even though Ah Si is very rich, he is not able to experience the warmth of the family just like she does. Thus, money can’t buy everything. Ah Si asks Shan Cai if she wanted to go Hawaii but she tells him she can’t afford it. Ah Si expresses his irritation that he does not like poor people because they could not even pay 50000¥ for a holiday. He offers to pay for her but Shan Cai is insulted and sarcastically tells him that she has already decided to go to the cruise with Qing He. She is happy that she will not seeing him during this break since they will be going to different places for holiday. He is upset. 

Ah Si tells Mei Zuo and Xi Men that he has decided not to go Hawaii and tell them they will be going to somewhere more interesting. 

Shan Cai and Qing He goes to the harbour. Qing He doesn’t see his parents. Ah Si appears on the boat. Shan Cai is disgusted to see him while Bai He and Qian Hui are unhappy to see Shan Cai. Ah Si tells Shan Cai and Qing He that he has bought the boat and is going for a cruise. Jing comes along with Lei and asks Shan Cai to join them. She is hesitant. However, when Lei invites her too, she decides to go along. Ah Si is happy.  

Shan Cai and Qing He meet the gang on the deck. Her parents call Qing He’s hand phone. Her mother urges her to hook up with Ah Si as soon as possible. Shan Cai is disgusted and throws the phone into the sea. The gang is impressed by her attitude. 

That night, a party is held. Jing helps to dress Shan Cai and lends Shan Cai her evening dress. Shan Cai asks if Lei and Ah Si has made up and finds out that they have not talked yet. At the party, everyone is shocked at how beautiful Shan Cai looked when she is dressed up. Bai He and Qian Hui are upset that Jing is so nice to Shan Cai. 

During the party, Xi Men, Mei Zuo and Lei invite Shan Cai to dance. Shan Cai feels like she is in a dream when she dances with Lei. Bai He and Qian Hui are appalled and decided to do something about it. Qian Hui announces that they should play a 10-second game, where the lights will be completely off, and anyone is free to kiss anyone they grab. Bai He ends up kissing Qing He. Apparently, Shan Cai had tripped and fell on Ah Si and kissed Ah Si. She feels revolted and runs off. 

Shan Cai felt that she has just kissed a pig. Ah Si chases after her and wants to kiss Shan Cai again. Shan Cai blames herself for going to a party that does not suit her. She takes this incident as a punishment from God. 

The next morning, Shan Cai meets the gang at the lobby. The topic of them kissing is brought up and the two are extremely embarrassed. Bai He is shocked and Ah Si tells them that it was Shan Cai who initiated the kiss. Afraid that Lei might get the wrong idea, Shan Cai looks at Lei and explains that it was an accident. However, Lei appears nonchalant and replies that she did not have to explain anything to him. She is heartbroken as she thought that Lei would help her. 

In her cabin, Shan Cai decides that even though it was a disastrous party, she should still thank Jing for making her look so beautiful that night. With the dress, she heads to find Jing. Meanwhile, Qing He is upset that Ah Si has made Shan Cai depressed. He confronts Ah Si and challenges him to jump into the pool and compete who can stay in water longer. 

Shan Cai sees Lei in Jing’s room and overhears their conversation. Jing thinks that Lei likes Shan Cai. She expresses her jealousy that Lei is no longer only hers and tells him that even during the party, she could sense their “connection”. Lei replies that Jing is always putting on a front, that even when she’s upset, she does not show it and appears to be gracious. Lei tells Jing not to toy with his feelings anymore and expresses his love for her. He kisses her. Shan Cai is heartbroken.

Meanwhile, Qing He does not actually know how to swim and ends up losing the challenge when Ah Si has to save him from drowning. He complains that he is hungry and goes to look for food. However, the two are unable to find food and decides to go fishing. After catching the fish, they realize that the kitchen has no fire and thus they cannot cook the fish. They sit down at the patio and chatted about Shan Cai. Qing He tells him that while they were younger, Shan Cai was very brave and would always stand up for her friends. Friends always surrounded her because she was so sweet and sensitive. Ah Si teases him that he likes Shan Cai but Qing He denies it. Ah Si claims that Shan Cai likes him because she kissed him before. Upset, Qing He gets into a small fight with Ah Si. 

Shan Cai remembers all her incidents with Lei, especially how Lei always helps her. She gets more upset as she thinks. Qing He and Ah Si runs into Shan Cai and Qing He hides behind Shan Cai. However, when she was about to scold him, the two suddenly felt awkward and stayed rooted to the ground. Qing He calls Ah Si a pervert, saying that he must have been thinking about the kiss. The two wrestle and Shan Cai begins to feel differently about Ah Si. She doesn’t feel so alone and upset anymore. She breaks them apart. Ah Si suddenly gets an idea to eat the fish raw. 

In the meantime, Lei and Jing are kissing on the bed. Lei suddenly stops and questions Jing’s lack of resistance. Jing tells Lei that its all right if Lei wants to sleep with her because he is a guy and this is just a natural process. However, Lei expresses that this is not what he wants. Ah Si barges in and tells them to eat sashimi. He wakes everyone up. 

While eating, everyone finds out that Ah Si is still a virgin. The gang exchanges an interesting conversation. Shan Cai notices that Lei is alone. She approaches him and Lei takes a bite from her plate. She asks about Jing and Lei tells her that Jing has probably slept. She accidentally reveals that she overheard their conversation. She implores Lei not to hate her. Lei tells her that if he hated her, he would not have helped her. Even at this moment, Qian Hui and Bai He are videoing them. 

Back at the mansion, Ah Si appears to be in a good mood. The housekeeper mentions that Ah Si has been more cheerful than usual. He laughs. 

In school, Shan Cai realizes that Ah Si has taken her sports shoes. Ah Si appears, wearing her shoes. He is exhilarated that Shan Cai is so angry. He tells Mei Zuo and Xi Men that he stayed up the whole night trying to think of how to bully Shan Cai. They are amused by his childishness and the way he shows his love for her. 

Shan Cai goes up the balcony hoping to find Lei. She is disappointed when she does not see him. However, he suddenly appears from behind her. He invites her to sit on the ledge with him. She is happy to be able to be with him.  

Ah Si decides to make up with Lei and goes to look for Lei. He sees the two of them together and overhears Shan Cai telling Lei that she is very happy to see him at the balcony as she thought that he would be angry with her. Ah Si is furious and leaves.

He questions Mei Zuo and Xi Men as to whether they knew anything about Shan Cai and Lei meeting at the balcony. Qian Hui and Bai He add insult to injury by showing Ah Si the recordings of Lei and Shan Cai. Ah Si is even more enraged. Xi Men comments that that three years ago, the same kind of look appeared on Ah Si’s face. At that time, Ah Si apparently nearly killed a person.  

Ah Si goes to the balcony again. Lei leaves when he gets a message from Jing. He gives Shan Cai a birthday invitation from Jing and asks if she is going. Shan Cai agrees to go. When Shan Cai is leaving the balcony, she runs into Ah Si, who has a murderous look in his eyes. He yells at Shan Cai and almost bashes Shan Cai (luckily she moved away fast). She struggles away and runs. Ah Si goes after her and pins her against the wall. He violently kisses her and even tears her clothes. Unable to break free, she breaks down in tears and begs him to let her go. Ah Si suddenly seem to wake up and loosens his grip. She collapses onto the floor in tears. He squats down, feeling very sorry. 

A distraught Shan Cai returns home. She is unable to sleep as she keeps thinking about the incident. She cannot understand the rational behind his act and wonders what caused him to behave that way. Meanwhile, Ah Si is also thinking about his act and feels extremely sorry over what has happened. 

The next day in school, Ah Si places a notice on the board, warning everyone not to mess with Shan Cai. Shan Cai finds a gift on a scooter after school that day. Inside is a dress from Ah Si and thinks that he is up to no good. She decides to give the dress to Li Zhen who has been invited to Jing’s birthday party but does not have a dress to wear.  

At home, Shan Cai tells Xiao You about Ah Si’s violent act and about the present. The two ponders over what happened. Shan Cai asks Xiao You to go to the party with her. However, two of them have nothing to wear. Shan Cai’s mother offers them the dresses she wore when she was young. The two looked extremely comical in them.
