                                           Boxindo Martial Art Academy

　

                                破心道是一門綜合亞洲武術，包括: 刀、槍、棍  及 拳術，每

                           一項項目都是以模擬對打為主。在武術器械及拳術對打時，武士

                          雖穿着規定的保護身體器具，務求在安全的情況下進行練習。有

                          興趣者, 請以電郵與本館聯絡。

                                Boxindo is a mixed form of different Asian martial arts which especially

                          concentrate in practising samurai sword, spike, single &  double  sticks.

                          Free-sparring and fencing in each of these weapons are the main area in
