Present situation

In the recent years, although the scale of the company become larger, the profit of our company remain unchanged.
The Chairman requested all the department leader to hand in a proposal to improve the revenue.

Suppose we are the leader of the Sales department and the Accounts department.
In our company, the Sales department is responsible for the market planning and the co-ordinate with the buyer.
The Accounts department is responsible for analysis the recent profit and loss  and make a forecast.

We need to consider that
- How to increase the profit?
- How to decease the loss?
- How to attract the customer?
- Is that any fund to increase the welfaree, facilities, etc? (liquidity)
