so far... hmm... well, i guess it's about youth work...

my belief:

i believe, that everyone is equal and has the right for free will (wow, sounds familiar???  hehe)  seriously, i do believe about equality and free-will issue.  i also believe that what we are is made up of different choices provided and made.  i believe that there's always possibility for a change if you want to.  i believe that as long as u're true to urself, somehow and eventually people will notice it and recognize ur efforts.  i also believe that family is one of the most important thing in a person's growing and life, believe me, this is my strongest feeling during my own up-growing and during my short period of work so far...  i believe that the work i am doing is not just  a job, at least not to me.  i am here in this field with a purpose, to me, it's more like a mission, and it's about choices.  but then, i am not ideal, i know my limits and people's limits, that's why i keep struggling and balancing myself... these are what i believe, in my work and in myself, and most importantly, in the theory of life...

my mission:

nothing important, nothing grand, i just wanna make sure that people i encounter can have a better way to choose and to know their choices, that's it.  better, marking a tiny little print in their lives. 

my plan:

 to work in this youth field for ten years, then move on to family field for another 15 years before i finally retire from work
