興趣章

　

設立女童軍興趣章計劃之目的，是為了鼓勵女孩子發展多方面興趣及培養個人良好品格。各項興趣章的內容，給予女孩子明確的指引，讓她盡量發揮本身的才華，顯示自己的能力，並接受新挑戰。在興趣章的評核的過程中，是沒有既定的合格標準，女童軍必須竭盡所能，完成每項興趣章所特定的評核範圍。評核員根據她的能力表現，及事前的準備工作為準則，以保證每位女童軍都是盡己所能及力求進步。 The purpose of the Interest Badge Scheme is to encourage individual girls to take up and pursue hobbies or interests. The syllabus of the badge give an indication of ways in which she can follow her interest and sets targets or challenges through which she can show how far she has progressed. There is a set syllabus for each badge, which the Guide must complete, but there is no set standard she is requires to do her best to complete the syllabus. The aims of the Scheme is to help the Guide to improve her own standard as she works at the clauses. At assessment the Badge Assessor makes the judgement that the Guide has made a good effort to complete the syllabus and reached an adequate standard according to her ability.
