Plan for variables:

Eg. The effect of substrate conc. on urease activity

Independent var:substrate conc.(urea)

Dependent var:rate of reaction

Control var:enzyme(urease) conc.

Temperature(both enzyme & sub.medium)

Volume of enzyme and reaction medium

Extract enzyme in living tissue

Soak, gring tissue.

Add KNOWN amount of water!!

Water bath

Dilution series

Enzymatic reaction

Time once you mix the enzyme into the sub medium

Make the faster as end point reference
